Taking my taxes to Mellon Tax Service for the past 3 years has been a very good experience. They are so friendly and courteous, did an excellent job on my taxes, and the prices can't be beat! I can highly recommend!

I won’t take my taxes to anyone else but Mellon. They have been doing my taxes for 10 plus years. I had to move out to Arizona three years ago and was forced to go to an H&R Block and it cost me over $300 for them to file my taxes. I am a single woman making very little income and that took almost half of my tax return. Last year I sent my taxes to Indiana for Mellon to prepare. They didn’t let me down and are always courteous and efficient. I’m sending them to Mellon again this year. Many thanks 🙏🏼

Horrible horrible customer service. Snobby attitudes. No privacy whatsoever they talk about your information right in the open in front of other customers. I was not satisfied with the return and i asked for MY W2 legal documents back and they would not give them back unless I pay them the $95 fee. Every tax person i have talked to said that is illegal no matter what "contract" you sign they cannot withhold your personal legal documentation. I am not paying the $95 fee and they lost a potential customer.

Very reasonably priced! Very friendly staff too! I would always do my taxes online because I wanted to do them at my own convenience and I figure everything would come out the same. WRONG! Never again! Mellon has EARNED my business and they should have yours too! I am telling everyone in the area I know to go here. Keep up the awesome work!

Well, two hours later and about $200 for a return I walked out and returned to Mellon. They amended my taxes and got me about 4x what H&R block missed. I got a student rate as well. I love Mellon, they give small businesses a good name.
