It's hit or miss. Consistency is not on the menu. Placed an order through the app. Received notification it was ready, came to pick up, saw it was ready on the board, was told I had to wait for it to be made (20 minutes). I wasn't greeted or informed that was the case until I had waited unattended for another 10 minutes. Service could be better.

They are getting a little stingy with the toppings lately, and the delivery boy decided to give himself an extra 8$ tip on my card without my knowledge untill my bank notified me. I called and got my 8$ back but im just wondering how many ppl has he done that to and got away with it. CHECK YOUR BANK RECEPTS AFTER YOUR PURCHASE.

The last 3 times that I ordered online for carryout, I had to wait at least an hour and a hald after the quoted pick up time. I had a simple order : One pepperoni pizza and a (prepackaged) side salad. Nothing too extravagant. I get that staffing issues can slow down service, but this is completely unacceptable.

Multiple times we have ordered. Our food sits in "quality check" for 30 minutes. Staff on the phone are rude. Managers make excuses. Delivery 3 blocks from the store take over an hour. Orders are incorrect. Don't order lava cakes because they will charge your card and then call and tell you the NEVER have them after you paid and they want to "give you a credit." I have had 15 wrong and long delivery orders since they opened. Their staff is deplorable! Don't waste your time, J&Js is the same distance from them, T's is a little further, but both have good food, delivery and correct orders.

If I could give this place no stars I would. They used to be your average commercial pizza place. The last 2x I've ordered from them via online both deliveries took literally 2 and a half hours. So, both pizzas were cold. And believe me, I attempted to contact them within that 2 and a half hour spread. No one ever answers the phone. The first time we waited so long & were unable to contact anyone so I spent more money ordering from Pizza Hut. And they arrived before Dominos. I called the next day to complain & was offered a free pizza for my trouble my second experience I was given a free pizza. Just attempted to call them now to cash in on the pizzas. Was on hold for over 15 minutes with no answer. I just hung up. I know everyone is short staffed right now but as a franchise, the owner might want to think about jumping in there to protect the business & keep it running properly. So, frustrating & disappointing. Don't waste your money.

I ordered pizza on 9 28 21 at 1140pm. I just got off a 23 hour shift at work. And this was the closest place open. They guys working that night were awesome! Pizza taste great. They were very friendly. Greeted me with a happy smile. I know they were getting ready to close and alot of other places would have been mad ordering so close to closing time. I have give this place enough stars for there attitude and to thabk them for going above an beyond to leave a note on the box to not work to hard.. thank you!

We've always been happy with this Dominos, until the last two times we've ordered. Once, we ordered and waited over an hour for delivery. We'd already paid online. I tried to call and no one would answer the phone. I was about to drive up there when the delivery person finally showed up. Before I could get outside to question them, they were gone. Never got an explanation or the advertised free pizza. The next time, just recently, they didn't have the sauce we wanted on two of the pizzas we ordered. So, they gave us the other two we ordered for free. They also said we were going to get two more free pizzas plus pop and a side item the next time we ordered. I thought this was very generous of them. We did get the two free pizzas, but don't see in an email or on our account anything about the other things we were promised. Now, some of you may think I'm just looking for freebies. No, I never even expected the two free pizzas. However, when you say you're going to do something and even advertise on t.v. that if you don't get your order on time, it's free, you should do what you say you're going to.

Instead of waiting for someone to deliver pizza to my car, I went inside to pick it up. Employee (young, white heavy-set male) said I HAD TO download the app to notify the store that I was there to pick up my PAID order. I refused to download another DNS app on my phone. Although I showed him my receipt, on my phone, he refused to give me my order unless I downloaded the app. I refused! Another female employee intervened stating 'her order is ready. Give it to her.' Reluctantly, he gave me my order. NEVER WILL I PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! RE TASTE: cardboard texture crust, bland/flavorless flavor, tiny pieces of mushrooms and bell pepper....not good. My young sons, who LOVE pizza, disliked the pizza. As a Chicagoan, I love pizza! But the items I purhased from this location, were a disgustingly, flavorless false interpretation of pizza.

I ordered from this Domino's all the time. It's always been good and fast service. This time was different. It was Friday at 1:39 when I placed my order online so I could track it. At 2:30 I called because it was still being "quality checked". I spoke with Tyler and he informed me that they only had one drive and that his manager was out delivering orders because they only had one driver. He then told me that he would make sure that my pizza was fresh and hot and if it wasn't he would remake it. At 2:45 I received my pizza and it was ice cold. Not the delivery drivers fault at all. Love her she looked so stressed out. So I then call and talk to Tyler again, and asked him why he lied to me. He did not check my pizza before it left he did not make sure if it was even warm. He did however refund my money and promise me something free next time I come. But I will not go there again. Sorry not sorry

Usually super quick. Seems like they might have had a bunch of drivers quit lately. Wait time was 2 hours, naturally the website didn't tell me that until I get the email with the quoted time. Tried to call to cancel but no one picked up, drove over and they were very polite about it. Hope they can get things back to normal was nice to have a place that usually delivers in under 20 minutes.
