I came in on Saturday to pick up my photos. Sarah and Jonathan went above and beyond helping me get my order together. They were efficient, friendly and helped me out when I needed it. I’ll be back for sure.

Went to pick up prescription got Walgreens card on file thay would not use.because we got Aetna with no prescription plan. So lost my 90 day supply and went to 30 day supply with big increase. I fill like like being on social security thay are PRICE GALGEING. THANK YOU WALGREENS ON HOLMAN LANE.

Doctor called in a prescription over a week ago and the medication is still not available. The part that is upsetting NO ONE ever called or suggested that maybe a different pharmacy would have the medicine. So disappointed in the level of service from this Pharmacy. We have switch ALL of our medication to a hospital pharmacy who has a better stock of medications.

Like some other reviewers here have mentioned, I would give this a negative rating if I could as well. I've been to this Walgreens' pharmacy for a little over a year and have been a Walgreens customer since 2012 when I first moved to this country. I've never had a bad experience at a Walgreens until this Walgreens in the past 2-3 months. I understand that they're short-staffed. I have worked in customer service for 6 years and certainly empathize and completely understand their difficulties. That said, the way the pharmacy staff has treated myself and my family lately have been awful. No one answers the phone and I've been put on hold for 45 minutes to an hour each time only to be hung up on. The lines are always incredibly long. A couple of times, I had submitted online orders for prescription refills via the app, and got confirmation of the time that I could pick up the prescriptions, only to arrive at the store at the stipulated time to find that the prescriptions had not been filled. When that had happened, the response I had gotten was that they didn't think that the prescription had to be filled. It's as though they think that when a customer clicks on "refill prescription" that it really means that the customer is just kidding or something. I've submitted a complaint to the store but that has not even been addressed. Suffice to say, I'm taking my money elsewhere.

Would give negative stars if possible. This location has become a joke. The female pharmacist on duty tonight (10/20) is incredibly rude, inconsiderate and lacks all signs of compassion. I understand that Walgreens, like all companies, are short staffed, but there has to be a better way to handle the pharmacy staffing. My doctors office called in a prescription 3 hours before the posted closing time and being told that it won’t be ready until tomorrow because it’s not a narcotic, and therefore, not a priority is completely unacceptable! I had my prescription transferred to a different company, which it probably won’t be done while that sloth is working. I will never return.

This Walgreens as a general store is good, the pharmacy is another story. But let me be very clear this is not a poor review on the local pharmacy staff they are always helpful and polite. This is a review of the poor leadership that exist at a corporate level for Walgreens pharmacies. They have created impossible working conditions for these pharmacist and pharmacy techs. Walgreens corporate is not making the effort to retain their pharmacist against other company’s offering better pay or better working conditions. Walgreens has closed the pharmacies in the two store locations closest to this one causing this pharmacy’s customer volume and prescription demands to triple, but have not added the staff to meet these demands. They didn’t have enough pharmacist to keep the other locations open, a pharmacist must be present at all times when the pharmacy is open for business. Walgreens corporate needs to get it together and get their front line pharmacy employees the help they need. Think about this when have to stand in line for 30 minutes.

Had a prescription sent in today. Received a text that they needed to update my insurance before filling it. Not a big deal, so I thought. I called the pharmacy and was told by the tech that they couldn’t do it and would transfer me to someone who could. I was then placed on hold. After 42 minutes, I hung up and called again. Spoke with a different tech, but same story. He informed me that he would stay on the line and get someone so I wouldn’t be on hold after I explained the situation. I was then transferred to a call center and was told that at this time, my local store was closed for lunch and to call back later! This 2nd call was 15 minutes. I spent an hour of my time getting nowhere and my prescription is being delayed because of their poor service. Walgreens used to be the place to go and I’d never had issues until today.

Be sure to carve out 30+ minutes to pick up a prescription. They are not 24hrs as claimed. Lines start wrapping around store before the pharmacy even opens at 8am due to how long it takes to fill a prescription. Also need to wait 2 days before attempting to pick up your medication as it will not be ready sooner than that. I don’t blame the staff as they are obviously under abysmal leadership and severely understaffed, but something needs to give. I’m better off driving to Louisville than spending five years waiting at this location.

We had to go here for the 24 hour pharmacy to get antibiotics for myself and my toddler. The employees we spoke to, including the pharmacist, were very nice. We dropped our prescriptions off and they were ready approximately 30 min later. We appreciated the short time it took because my toddler was not feeling well and already very tired at 8pm.
