Bought a new bed in Feb. Delivered wrong bed in March. Received correct bed in May. Received bedding bundle in June, without mattress protectors. I refuse to call this place again. Very bad purchase experience. Do not recommend. Took four months and still haven't received total order,

I worked with Jason and Sylvia! They both keep me updated on my special delivery. Jason even went above and beyond for me, rented a van and made two trips to my location. Just to make sure my incoming visiting family had a place to sleep! These where not even the mattresses I ordered, they where better!!! Mine would not have come in on time! These where loners!!! We loved them so much we called and said, we will take these!!! SOOO accommodating they are. I would highly recommend going to American mattress in Jackson Tennessee before going anywhere else. Speak with Jason!!! I WILL be coming back for the bunk bed mattresses!!!! Thank you again Jason!!!! ❤️

Disappointed 😢, the sales lady (Sylvia) was wonderful in making the sale, but it took a month to get my bed and I still don’t have my promised sheets, mattress protector, or pillows. Now, I have to settle for some ugly pale green sheets/pillow covers that will not match my paint and who knows when I’ll get my mattress protectors and pillows. We spent $4,500 and I haven’t been able to fully enjoy my Tempur Pedic. Thankfully, we still have the option to send it back!

I just realized my review of this store never posted so I'm doing it now. My husband and I went to this location and spent $3300 on a double adjustable bed that we were told would be delivered in 2 weeks. That's when the excuses started. It took us over 2 months to finally get the bed but due to the long delay they would give us a set of sheets and a gift card to Long Horn neither of them were ever received. About a month after purchasing it one of the remotes stopped working so I called the store only to be told sorry call the number on the remote because they can't help me. Well the remote was made in Denmark and no phone number on it. Tried several times to get help from them but they refused. There's too many other places that are willing to help you and to do business with instead of a company that only cared about getting your money and made nothing but empty promises. If I could give zero stars that would still be too many for them. Beware!!!

We went to buy a mattress, just a mattress. Told the salesperson several times, just the mattress. We did decide to take a mattress cover and new sheets. 3 items... The sales slip said mattress cover sent with, sheets to drop ship. Had to return to the store to pick up cover. Never received sheets. Mattress delivered AND box springs. Didn't need them, didn't want them. Yes, we were charges for the set. Returned to the store again to pick up sheets. They did provide the set free since they were not the same as ordered . Never addressed the box spring charge. 3 items ordered, 3 items wrong. In the end, correct sheets arrived, mattress sleeps great. Delivery was prompt and easy. I recommend double checking sales slip before you ever leave the store. Make sure you get what you ask for.

Ms Sylvia said all the right things to make the sale! As we were leaving she was walking to the back with a copy of the ticket to put it on the mattress we purchased. She said it was the last one in stock. This was on Wednesday. She stated that she was off on Thursday but Jason would be in and he would set up our delivery for either the end of the week or early the following week and would call us. On Friday we hadn't heard from Jason, so we contacted the store. Ms Sylvia answered the phone and had no clue who we were and couldn't find a record of our order. After going back and forth she found the order and said she was calling the delivery people and either they or Jason would call us back. On Monday we still hadn't heard anything from anyone. We called yet again and Ms Sylvia said Jason wasn't in at the moment she had no clue why we didn't hear anything. She called the delivery people again and said they would call us. As of 4:30 we still haven't heard when it could be delivered. Ms Sylvia said our mattress isin Union City (which we were told was in stock there in Jackson) Jason as usual isn't available. They have our money and won't deliver our mattress nor will they tell us when they will deliver our in stock mattress! This place clearly only cares about getting your money and leaving you to fend for yourself. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else!

So impressed with Julia’s enthusiasm and knowledge of product. Decided on our conversation alone we will be stopping by tomorrow to get our son a bed for his college new college apartment. Great employees like that are hard to fine.

I bought the plush king store brand mattress set. I love it. It's not too soft or hard. This store makes their own mattresses. It takes about 2 wks for production and delivery. Delivery was on the date promised and the two set up boys were great. 5 stars for those 2 guys, 5 stars for the mattress. Only rated 4 stars due to salesman's failure to call me back and I had to go to store a 2nd time to order. Although, to his credit, he gave me a discount on the mattress❣
