I went in and was greeted immediately. The sales associate was not pushy but very helpful and knowledged on the furniture. The pricing on the furniture extremely reasonable. I did not do this, but they have a layaway plan. Which I thought was cool. I got my bedroom furniture delivered in 2 days. And the delivery men were so nice and respectful. They only offer 5 stars here, but I would give them 10 Stars. From start to finish I was beyond satisfied.

Bought a bed 1000 .00. ,2 weeks had a bad dip in one side. I called an called , they finally came out 6 weeks later. He said yeah something is wrong I will call ins an you can come pick out another one, in 5 days well it's been 2 weeks. They keep billing me 72.00 an I just have to say this, if you want money out of me fix you're mess up. I'm not paying a 1000.00 for a bed that's is awful can't sleep your body hurts when you get up. , it's just awful. They never call back an I'm not wasting no more of my time begging them to do something. Don't buy from them

Called to ask about charges I wasn't told about. All I got was attitude. The woman said I heard you the first time you don't have to repeat it. Went and got my deposit back. WILL NOT GO BACK

Always friendly service willing to help or let you browse on your own. Absolutely love the staff and customer service at the Decherd, TN location. I've come to think of them as friends; not just a business that provide a service. We have developed a more down home based relationship which is rare these days & is to me an important part of building trust & doing business with a company. It also allows for them to know & build their trust in me as well. Winners all around! I recommend this store. God bless 🙂

I use to work for farmers so please trust me when I say it's a joke. I have got outside furniture from them and 3 weeks later it falling rusted and falling apart. My TV Is also failing and I event had it long. But everytime you ask them to replace it it's always some story about " oh we are just a third person co.pany and it's not under warranty and they can't replace it!" It's a joke and these 5 star reviews are fake accounts.
