Held my tax paperwork for literally months, called a dozen times over that span of time only to be told they would get to it eventually. Called one last time asking for a frame of time and they finished it in 2 hours only to tell me there was nothing to change. Clearly forgot about my paperwork or just didn’t care enough to finish something so simple
