Wow, so I called here today for some tax advice, some place that isnt Jackson Hewitt or H&R Block. The women answered the phone and I told her what I needed, she proceeded to ask me if I was a client and I said no. After I said I wasn't a client, she said nobody was there and told me good luck and hung up before I could say anything else to her, wow. My first impression of this place is not good, I will definitely not be using this office for any of my tax needs. I want to call back and ask what her problem is but figure she doesn't give enough craps to care. Best way to handle treatment like that is to not give them business.
