Took my car there earlier this year to get the suspension replaced with OEM strut/springs and bushing. They had my car on the lift, I was looking through the window and they didn't even look at anything. I was told they would call me back with an estimate... 7 months later I have not heard from them. Would not recommend.

I got my 05 Boxster S in 2018 and Ralph's Auto Service is my car's physician. It has gone there for the pre-purchase inspection (great condition), valve cover seal, clutch, shifter cables. They do good work at fair price. One of my shifter cables failed and I was near Porsche Silver Spring (Tischer), so I had my Boxster towed there, but I was not happy with them because they overestimated the parts, labor, and made me wait for an unnecessary part order from Germany. That was my opportunity to reevaluate and I towed my Boxster back to Ralph's. Russ got it done in a few days and delivered the car to me. Thank you, Chuck! I will not make that mistake, again.

Very unprofessional. No communication with thier customers. Deceitful. Liars. Find somewhere else to get your Porsche serviced. Dealership actually charges less for labor! If you are looking for free storage, go see them. They will store your car indoors for months and never work on it! Just be aware, if you attempt to get your vehicle back they will threaten you with trespassing charges!

Don't take your car here unless you want to get ripped off. Purchased a 1962 356 Porsche from one of their clients as the car was already at their location. Drivers door was unaligned and there was paint damage due to this. Ralphs establishment lost the ignition key. It took them 6 months to get a new key as they had it re-keyed. Chuck called to tell me I had a bill for $3000 which was originally suppose to be $1200 for the door and paint. Since it took them so long to rekey the car I had to pay for a carburetor rebuild as it sat too long and they also forwarded the cost of the rekeying to me even thought they lost the keys. When I got the car home and removed the key the entire ignition switch came out (hopefully you can see the attached video). Called Ralphs and was told they could super glue it in place. Not something I'm comfortable to do with an antique Porsche. All work was unauthorized except for the door alignment and paint. The informed me I had to pay cash to get my car as they didn't want me to stop payment on a check or dispute a credit card charge. If I did not they would begin charging me a daily storage fee. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Painting

Chuck leads his very skilled team over at Ralph's in a very professional and adept manner. All the techs are extremely knowledgeable on all generations of Porsches, and I wouldn't hesitate to take any project over to them. They have been working on my Turbo for a few years now, and I really like how they have become so 'in tune' (sorry, couldn't help the pun) with the inner workings of my particular car and my goals for this car. I go to them on everything to simple oil changes / brake flush to engine out refresh on the car. There is much of a family friendly feel to how they run their shop, and it's always a pleasure bringing my car in, knowing that nothing will fall through the cracks with the techs. I would say their rates are very reasonable, and a project has never fallen way out of the budget when working with the team there. Again, I would echo the quality of work there, so if you are shopping around for a Porsche repair facility, don't hesitate to give the team at Ralph's a go.

Ralph’s saved me nearly $7,000.00 USD for unnecessary repairs and the work was top notch! Ralph’s will be our future go-to-garage for our Porsche needs. They work primarily on 911s and I’m glad we were recommended by another happy customer. We own a 2012 997 Cab Black Edition purchased and delivered in Zuffenhausen Germany; dealer maintained in Germany and then by Porsche Arlington (but never again). Porsche provided us a quote for muffler replacement (pax side of a OME sports exhaust system) claimed the clutch was failing, front disc needed replacement and the serpentine belt was frayed, totaling $9,700 USD parts and labor. We were a bit suspicious when Porsche was unable to explain why none of the issues were found during the 50k mike maintenance check (complete less than 100 miles prior) and then offered to negotiate a $500 “savings.” The excuse was that Porsche didn’t have the “911 expert” complete the work. Well, we found the 911 experts at Ralph’s Garage. We asked for a second opinion on the Dealership’s cost estimate and Ralph’s provided us a quote that included all the positions Porsche identified. Anna, at Ralph’s Garage, advised us every step of the way, replaced the muffler, informed us the brakes could use replacing but was not a dire issue, and confirmed there was nothing wrong with the clutch after repairing the serpentine belt, finding a small pebble as the culprit. After all was said and done, Ralph’s completed all the work, (muffler, brakes, and belt) including emails with photos and daily updates for $2,900, saving us almost $7k for work we didn’t need and probably should have been identified during the 50k mile maintenance check by the Porsche dealership. Although Ralph’s Garage is 48 miles from our home, that is now my go-to-garage for any of our future Porsche maintenance needs.

I purchased a used Porche on consignment through Ralph's. They were recommended by a friend and longtime customer. The entire process was exceptional. A through review of the vehicle history and condition both positive and negative gave me an accurate representation of the vehicle. Rest assured when my new ride needs some TLC, Ralph's will be my first and only choice!
