I stopped in to south Hanover to talk about tires and any sales they had. No one could help and their only suggestion was to " COME BACK LATER". It's not like they were not making their average $250 thousand a day. Couldn't they even tried to help or have someone call me back

They changed my oil and did a great job. I was in and out after doing a little shopping. The Hampstead store is so clean and I had great service.

My mom took our truck up to get a nail out of the tire. They knocked a hose off, drained the coolant, and told my mom to call a tow truck. My mom bought a bottle of coolant, drove home, and we haven't had any more leak out. Worse part is they refused to fix the tire because they accidentally drained the coolant. I wouldn't let these jokers look at my mountain bike. They give you back a vehicle worse then when you brought it in. Zero stars.

Roger is a great Service Mgr, who is knowledgeable about Tires and Batteries and about how Walmart Automotive operates. I've seen them train techs who had little to no prior tire and batt experience and they've become very attentive and effificient techs! Dont come here expecting repair experts in all things automotive. They specialize in tires and batteries and oil changes and are excellently trained in those tasks. They also can do a great job on removing the haze from wornout plastic headlight covers for $29 for both headlights. The staff here are great, patient and want to do a great job, so give em a fair opportunity!

This Walmart’s Auto Department is the worse possible place you can go to for your car. While purchasing tires during a deal, we waited two weeks for them to arrive. During those weeks we checked in constantly with them being clueless and not being able to find our order besides on a piece of paper. After being sent on my way I was furious and went to the manager named Patrick. He apologized and offered better tires for the same price. I agreed and asked if they would arrive before Monday due to an interview I have. I was assured and promised that they would. I did not get those tires until after the interview. I would say it was a one time deal if my family haven’t had issues like this in the past. To this day the tires have constantly had issues. DO NOT GO TO THIS WALMART FOR YOUR CAR!!!

My wife took her Toyota here for an oil change and the car was returned with grease all over the interior of the car and greasy fingerprints on the exterior. When I took the vehicle back to the shop to complain, one of the mechanics said "It's just grease, you can wipe it with a rag". As you probably know, you cannot wipe grease off a cloth interior with a rag. Also conveniently they said that they "didn't have any degreaser" and both the shop manager and the assistant shop manager were not there today. One woman who was there and seemed to be in charge of everyone else was helpful and took down my contact info and took photos to send to her supervisor. We will see if I can get this resolved but I have a feeling it will be a painful process. I will not be returning to this service center and I would not recommend this service center to anyone who cares about their car.

Don't take your car here. Do yourself a favor! Seriously! I stood around at the desk waiting for an associate and then finally went to the customer be service desk to have someone paged. I needed an oil change. FINALLY an associate came in and I barely got my request out before he rolled his eyes and told me it would be at least an hour and a half before someone could even look at my car much less do an oil change. I've never had an issue until today, and did I mention there were several guys there? Yeah! Find a place that makes customer service their priority because this isn't it.
