This monstrosity of a pizza was delivered to me. I did take the only edible piece and give it to my son while I called. The girl who answered the phone was so beyond snappy and rude. She said I could return the pizza for a new one or get a gift certificate. I told her that my 2 yo was eating the piece of pizza and she said I had no choice but to take a gift certificate because he was eating the pizza. Well that doesn’t help us not having edible food for tonight for everyone else. We also have Covid so they couldn’t accept the pizza back anyways and if they would take it back that’s super concerning. My BIL called back after our phone conversation because it’s unacceptable and I’m too sick to even pick up my head and the girl was extremely rude to him as well. This is so consistent with this location. Truly awful service and it always seems like the food is gross. This is the final straw. Update: they did send a replacement pizza after talking in circles. ~Megan

Wow, so I called here today for some tax advice, some place that isnt Jackson Hewitt or H&R Block. The women answered the phone and I told her what I needed, she proceeded to ask me if I was a client and I said no. After I said I wasn't a client, she said nobody was there and told me good luck and hung up before I could say anything else to her, wow. My first impression of this place is not good, I will definitely not be using this office for any of my tax needs. I want to call back and ask what her problem is but figure she doesn't give enough craps to care. Best way to handle treatment like that is to not give them business. ~Jason

Excellent customer service! 800 line was a 60 minute wait, so I called the branch. Amber took my request and called me back within 10 minutes with what I needed. Top notch service! ~moose
