The man was very rude. Kathy started my nails. All she really did was talk about how bad another nail salon did and that I shouldn’t go back. When it was time to paint them the poor excuse of a man come over and made a sloppy mess. When I ask him to fix it he stopped and looked at me like I had ask for his kidney! He got up and rambled off something so Kathy came and finished. Still looks like a 3 year old painted them. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough! Never go there unless you just like to be frowned upon! They are hateful and very unprofessional! Service: Manicures

I have had good experiences with five star nails but the last time the guy got my nails to short after the lady cut to my desired length before he started . Not pleased but I will be back

Five star nails? Hah. I see 3 on here, but only one from me. Where do I begin?…. Bad business management Shortly staffed Staff that take an hour long lunch break right in the middle of doing your nails! That’s right, unbelievable as it is. They halfway do your nails then go take a lunch break!! Staff that will make you sit there and wait for an hour even though you’ve already been waiting and waiting even though you made an “appointment” the day before! A rude manager! Four hour wait time even though made an appointment but that doesn’t seem to matter because the lady never documents the appointments, just let’s everyone wasting their time calling and “making an appointment” Cheaply made nails that come off within two weeks Shall I go on?? I will not be back. And if you were in your right mind, you would not go there to begin with!! This place needs major changes before it can call itself a “business” because what I see here is a bunch of kids who do not know anything about running a business or kindness towards others!!

My nails 1 hour after leaving her shop. My cuticles were cut, they wouldn't stop bleeding for 2 days. I called and she offered to fix my nails BUT while I was there she dipped my nails in the dipping powder while my nails were still bleeding. I do not feel as if there were precautions taken as far as COVID-19 dipping the nails while they were still bleeding is VERY UNSANITARY and scary. I never went back to get my nails finished and I would advise ANYONE to not go there if you do please ask for Jessica and NOT the owner KATHY

I came in to get my acrylics soaked off. At the end I gave her my card to pay and she said her card machine was not working. I had no cash KATHY expected me to go my bank and get cash, my bank is closed and I’m not going to an ATM machine to charge me a fee. I ended up having cash in all 1’s. I’m not sure why she wouldnt warn people before that her card machine wasn’t working. She had 2 girls call while doing my nails asking to come in and have services done & Kathy didn’t say anything about the card reader not working. Very unprofessional. Definitely go to deluxe nails!! Best nail salon in town :) Service: Acrylic nails

This place is very clean, the staff was friendly, and the nail tech, Jessica, did an amazing job with my pedicure. The only negative comment that I have is that they were so busy the day of my appointment that they ran out of hot towels. Would recommend overall. Service: Pedicures

Tony did my nails for the Fourth of July and I absolutely love them. He gave me the sharpest stilettos I’ve ever had and I’m so happy with them!
