I had been there once before. Not overly impressed but didn't know of anywhere else in Columbia. I made an appointment for a pedi/mani. The people that worked there acted like I was invisible. The chunky young guy only waits on women he hits on. No personnel to help. Rude! They saw me leaving, said nothing! I called back and was hung up on. Never again! And I know a lot of people! DO NOT GO TO THIS DUMP! Services: Pedicure, Manicure

My 3rd time patronizing this business and my last. They are rude and disrespectful. Told me you do not take appointments and made one right in front of my face. Told me your too busy to take me, I had to tell you “I’m busy too and will wait” what kind of comments are you thinking are acceptable to make? Then the lady who remembers doing my eyebrows “my way” vs having me look like the clown she’s sitting there looking like with those drawn on eyebrows, is pointing at her eyebrows looking at me speaking in their language. I had enough sense to just leave and go somewhere else for a few dollars more before you ruined my beautiful Saturday. The new place Serenity Nail Spa were fun and respectful. Not hard to do business with at all.

Although my nails look great, the person who did them was not focused when using the metal devices. He completely cut up my finger and it’s already becoming infected. It was bleeding quite a lot and he didn’t even apologize. He then proceeded to put a liquid on my finger and pressed on it hard and I almost cried. He didn’t even acknowledge directly to me that it had happened and the blood was pooling on my finger. Will not be going back and am really disappointed from the treatment. A simple apology would have fixed the entire situation at the time. Service: Gel manicures

I would’ve given 5 stars because i really do like my nails, however, i had an appointment at 12 and i sat in the chair until 12:30-45. The other girls i had come with had already been serviced. Also, my technician was watching something on his phone the whole time. He did a good job though. Services: Manicure, Gel manicures, Acrylic nails
