The Hixson, TN store was awesome to work with. The problem was with the delivery company, not the store. Store employees Ethan and Mitch took care of the problem and saved the day! That’s customer service at its finest!

I purchased an upright freezer which didn't even last 2 months. I called the store to find out what my options were and was told since it was past 30 days I couldn't return it. I was told if I would hold the phone they would try to locate Frigidaire's number as I would have to call them. I called electronics express corporate customer service where they took my info and said it would be passed to the district manager. They did call me back and said since I had called Frigidaire which is what they told me to do, that it was out of their hands. That is a cop-out excuse. It's been over 2 weeks and I'm still waiting on the authorized repairman to fix it. No major appliance should quit working in 2 months. The repairman told me he had replaced many circuit boards on fairly new units and Frigidaire was building some real junk right now. By the way there was no offer to help cover the cost of the food I had to throw away. Neither of these 2 companies know anything about customer service so I choose never to be a customer again of either

Bell was amazing to work with. I called her from 3.5 hours away. She FaceTimed with me so I could see the electric range was in perfect condition and made sure it was ready for me to pick up later that afternoon. I was extremely pleased with the service provided to me.

So I have always had a decent experience with electronics express, but today was AMAZING a gentleman named Patrick was so knowledgeable and his customer service was above and beyond! I told him my budget and he was able to help me find a computer right at budget and WAY worth it!! I plan to use electronics express for my future purchases. Thank you again Patrick for your knowledge along with customer service!! It was a “WOW” experience!!

We called to make sure we could buy a stove off the floor. We were told not usually, but that they would. My mother was coming home from heart surgery and we went to pick one up since we were told that we could buy and carry the same day. When we got to the store the policy changed. We were told the manager doesn't allow this. Since the store had so many customers ( one other person) I guess they thought this would ruin there business. It is a shame to go out of our way, being told we could buy, to only be told that was not their policy. Well, you just lost a thousand dollar sale and lost future customers.

JUNK JUNK JUNK....We bought a mattress, microwave, large screen TV and a washer/dryer... In less than a year the TV had screen problems...now the knob on the dryer doesn't work.....JUNK JUNK JUNK Below is the dryer they are selling that we bought.....it is priced for $549.....BEWARE

I would suggest not buying ANY products from Electronic Express as they have a "walk out the door" policy. After which, you must communicate any issues with the manufacturer if your product breaks. (Local appliance companies will give you a loaner or replace the appliances when it's basically new such as ours.) I truly regret ever walking in this store!! We bought a dryer EE installed and provided the vent. Because EE used the wrong vent the heating element went out on our dryer and now we are on week 4 without a dryer that was only 45 days old. Glen in Nashville was the least helpful person in this situation. SHOP ELSEWHERE!
