Bought an iPhone and set up for a prepaid plan with them . While I was in store I asked specifically to be set up for the insurance plan. The guy name James set it up for the phone and account assured me he set up the insurance. I went back abut 15 days later as the phone’s not getting cell signals and was told there is no insurance coverage. The same guy James proceed to telling me I declined the insurance coverage back then. In the same time while another guy working in the store said they do not offer insurance on prepaid phone. Clearly James lied to me just so he can make the sales easier when I was there to buy the phone. Th fact that James lied to me and and won’t own up to it then continue telling he lie by telling me that I declined the coverage when I asked for it is simply unacceptable. Anyone looking to set up for a new phone line should avoid the lier working in this store.

The lady that was there was extremely nice and also very honest about the wait time, she let me and my wife know there was about a 45 minute wait as soon as we came in. Which was great because we decided to go eat Mexican food for the wait and came back and she immediately helped with getting a new phone. She didn’t push to sell anything and was honest and helpful I will most definitely be coming back in for my wife’s new phone soon!

Beth helped me with a new iPhone and watch. She was very knowledgeable, patient and worked on both devices to make sure everything was connected properly and synced. Beth did an amazing job and I love my new phone and watch!

I ordered a new phone online with Verizon chat and they said this was the closest location to me for pickup. I drove 30 miles out of my way to find out this store didn’t have the phone I had ordered. All they had was phones for the Russell cellular customers not Verizon customers. The girl that was working (I didn’t catch her name) was very rude and has no customer service skills.

Today was the first time I had used the Russell Cellular store. Very courteous and knowledgeable, and also offered a price that fit my budget. If I choose to stay with Verizon, this store will be where I will always purchase my phones.

I have been with Verizon for nearly 20 years. I called this location and was working with Bridgett and then planned a visit. I was adding a line onto my account. She got it all added and is helping me with business account and options to save money with all the lines. She worked efficiently and was courteous. I want to note 4 other customers came in and she worked respectfully and quickly to get to all the customers despite being short staffed. This is why I love Verizon. Bridgett deserves a raise and a pat on the back!

My mother has had service for over 20 years. She recently changed her service to prepaid. She was assured by Jacob and Beth white that the money would come out of her account like it has for the last 20+ years. But this morning for the first time in years her phone is off. She just spoke to Beth on Saturday and was reassured her payment would be taken out. But Beth White lied. She screwed over a loyal customer. So an elderly woman has her phone cut off by incompetence by this stores staff. Fire the whole bunch and start over.
