6 Best cell phone store in Chattanooga, Tennessee (TN) 2024

Absolute trash, swindling, lying employees. Asked status of a clearance item that I couldn't locate. Lady in automotive was nice enough and told me that she knew she had just seen a number of them in a back room. Immediately, about 2-3 other employees jumped in, shut her down, wouldn't let her talk and said they're gone! She said... well I'm just gonna go take a quick look. Another women went right to her, got real close, and they had a nice private little exchange of words. This OTHER woman looks to me and says sorry, they must be all gone!!! The hell they are! They're stashed away in your back area, counting the clock down for your own employees to buy (or for their friends only). What an absolute crock and scam of a show they run there! Ironically, I tried yesterday too, and there wasn't an employee to be found anywhere to even ask!! So it's not only this incident, but that fact that the store itself portrays the typical "people of walmart" characteristics! I'd give them no stars ~Brian

Bought an iPhone and set up for a prepaid plan with them . While I was in store I asked specifically to be set up for the insurance plan. The guy name James set it up for the phone and account assured me he set up the insurance. I went back abut 15 days later as the phone’s not getting cell signals and was told there is no insurance coverage. The same guy James proceed to telling me I declined the insurance coverage back then. In the same time while another guy working in the store said they do not offer insurance on prepaid phone. Clearly James lied to me just so he can make the sales easier when I was there to buy the phone. Th fact that James lied to me and and won’t own up to it then continue telling he lie by telling me that I declined the coverage when I asked for it is simply unacceptable. Anyone looking to set up for a new phone line should avoid the lier working in this store. ~Po

Katie was awesome! As soon as I came in, she greeted me with a warm smile and wasn’t aggressive at all. She helped me review my charges, looked over my billing & went the extra mile to make sure I was getting the best deal with my upgrade. She mentioned up sells, but wasn’t pushy when I turned them down. Instead, she said I could always come back when I was ready! Very knowledgeable and helpful all around.
