My mom had a question about her bill and wanted to go to her local store. She recently suffered a broken hip and can't drive so I took her. My only complaint about our visit is it seemed there weren't quite enough employees on shift to handle the number of customers at the time we were there. Even with that we only had to wait about 5 minutes or so. I'm sorry I don't recall the name of the young man who assisted us, but he was courteous, attentive and thorough. He patiently answered every question my mom had. Since I was there and anticipating the release of the Pixel 7 and Pixel Watch and asked him a few questions about that. Again, he answered my questions fully to my satisfaction.

Katie was awesome! As soon as I came in, she greeted me with a warm smile and wasn’t aggressive at all. She helped me review my charges, looked over my billing & went the extra mile to make sure I was getting the best deal with my upgrade. She mentioned up sells, but wasn’t pushy when I turned them down. Instead, she said I could always come back when I was ready! Very knowledgeable and helpful all around. It was a pleasure to meet her! Team Verizon!!!

Girlfriend and I picked up the new iPhone 14 pro on Wednesday. Jake helped us and was very friendly. We were there for about an hour and a half. Everything went smooth for the most part. Girlfriend wanted to port her number from AT&T to Verizon and we were told it should take an hour or 2. Few hours went by and she still had the temp number so we stopped back by and we’re told we had to wait 24 hours. Woke up Thursday to the number still not ported over so we contacted CS. This turned into an all day thing of going back and forth with CS from Verizon and AT&T. No luck Thursday. Friday we weren’t available until after noon to get this figured out once and for all. Went back and forth with CS again with no help and got pretty frustrated. Called the store back and spoke to Maggie! Maggie told us exactly what we needed to do and the exact info she needed to help us get the ball rolling. The issue was resolved in about 30 minutes and we didn’t even have to leave the apartment. Maggie is awesome and deserves a raise if not at least recognition for this perfect customer service.

Maggie Woods was absolutely amazing. I came in with a business account that needed help on multiple fronts; device upgrades, billing questions and so many other things. I have been putting this off for months. Maggie made this super seemless & I am so grateful for her.

I couldn't ask for a better, more efficient experience than I had at this location. Michael Fann was awesome and very professional! This is my go to place for all my cell service needs! P.S. I was in this store the day before and Carter Clark helped me. Again my experience was great! Highly recommend Carter as well!

I can’t wait until the store opens today so I can call to complain about the woman that set up my phones (who is married to the manager so nothing will come of this). I have 3 phone lines and was charged for 3 phantom lines, she made subscriptions under my account that I am still having to undo to this day and I have to check my Verizon bill with a fine tooth comb to confirm that this con artist isn’t charging me for anything I haven’t requested! Not to mentioning she charged me 2 times for the activation as if I wouldn’t notice. This is bad business and I’m calling the local store, corporate and apple.

Carter Clark was awesome! He gave us great customer service, was very friendly and helpful with setting up our phones. I’ll definitely go back to that store. Went to the corporate store in Hixson,TN. Employees were very rude and didn’t want to help us so we left, have never been back.

I was greeted by Hunter Cox. His customer service is great! He took the time to listen to what I needed. I only can in originally to purchase a phone, However as we were getting things in order for that sell we was having general conversation and out of that he was able to understand what I needed and was able to offer me the internet home services that Verizon now offers. I was beyond please with his level of professionalism and his attitude and willingness to help me. I will be back for sure just because of him.

I came into the store earlier today with some questions about my email address & some minor other things. Michael Fann worked with me and was MORE THAN HELPFUL. He went further than I'm use to the other Verizon employees going and was patient with me. I just wanted to attempt to let it be known that he was doing a great job. Keep up the great work Michael.
