Me and a friend went here to get items for our Saint Patrick's day party, and we got a lot of weird items. However, our cashier was super chill (and cute ) , and he didn't judge us at all. We invited him to the party, and we hope he shows up. Overall the best customer service. ~Braeden

Update: I was contacted and the store is going to replace the damaged refrigerator. I will update again once it's delivered. It took too long to get a replacement delivered, so I settled with them and kept the damaged refrigerator. I purchased a side by side refrigerator online, paid $150 delivery, chose a delivery date. That same day the store called confirming delivery date. That day came and by 3 PM I had no call yet from the driver. I called the store and was rudely told my delivery would be the next day. I called customer service and was told delivery would still be the same day I had scheduled. At 5 PM I called the store again only to be told again delivery would be the next day. When the truck arrived, unloaded refrigerator, it wouldn't fit through the door. They said they can't remove the door. I (73 yrs old) took off the door for these two men. It still didnt fit. I suggested they remove the styrofoam wrapping. They said they can't. I did it. They brought it into the kitchen. They started pushing it back and I stopped them so that I could plug it in. Now I had to jump on the adjacent counter and slip in behind it to do so. I pointed out damage to the lower right back of the freezer side. The driver said, "Just push the metal in because the motor is on the other side." After they left I unwrapped the plastic wrapping and found dents in the front. When I tried to put in the toe guard, the frame was pushed out about 3 inches and grill wouldn't go on until I pushed it back in. I wrote an email to customer service and received no reply. So, now I have a $1,300 damaged refrigerator. When I pointed out the damage to the back, the delivery guys should have looked for any other damage. Do not buy from this store! Worst customer service ever! On a better note, the refrigerator is working great. It keeps food fresh long after expiration dates. I would definitely buy this one again if I needed to! ~Trudy

The prices here are great on some larger items. Some of the off brand mech I've bought here before is pretty low quality. I had a desk crumble away a few years back. Today, I came because my normal grocer didn't have Pineapple Juice in stock and when I checked online availability, It showed up here. Sure enough, when I finally found the shelf location there was plenty. Just like the online inventory stated. ~Michael

First time visiting since they changed their merchandise style and I have to say the store is much better looking and easier to shop. Their furniture went more contemporary and so did the décor accessories. Though I liked some items in there, I didn’t purchase anything but I think I’ll definitely be back. They have new fixtures that make their products looks more upscale and new lighting. It’s brighter inside and the way the displays go up really make the shop nice. ~Justin

Bought a new bed in Feb. Delivered wrong bed in March. Received correct bed in May. Received bedding bundle in June, without mattress protectors. I refuse to call this place again. Very bad purchase experience. Do not recommend. Took four months and still haven't received total order, ~Jacqueline
