6 Best clothing store in Jackson, Tennessee (TN) 2024

Me and a friend went here to get items for our Saint Patrick's day party, and we got a lot of weird items. However, our cashier was super chill (and cute ) , and he didn't judge us at all. We invited him to the party, and we hope he shows up. Overall the best customer service. ~Braeden

I ordered online to pick up in store. After I had completed my order I realized they had other styles in stock of the item I had just ordered. I had went in expecting to have to go through hoops to return and a big hassle but no it wasn't. I had shopped real quick and found what I really had my heart set on as I made my way to the in-store pick up point. The lady there not only took care of my previous online order but she did the whole return and applied it to what I had found while I was waiting. Don't know her name but thanks so much!!! Absolute worst experience of my life, Andria the manager was of no help, they refused to return my items to my debit card since I used childrens place cc which I already paid in full. Two days prior they returned stuff to my debit card, but said they couldnt today. I do not know who is responsible for employees but that store needs new management ASAP. Do not go there, it is a SCAM to take your money. ~Molly

The ladies that work at It's Fashion were nice and friendly. I was greeted upon entering the store on my first occasion. They also have a huge selection of really pretty clothes and shoes. The store was clean and organized as well. I would give 5 stars, but when I went back there the second time on Wednesday July 17th, there was a new girl at the register that appeared to be training and she wasn't friendly at all; actually borderline rude. ~Kayla
