Bought a pair of shoes online and when they made it there were stains and dirt on them like they have been worn. Called customer service and sent photos of the shoes to either return them or give a discount but they just gave us the run around. We were hung up on twice as we were left on hold. Will not shop there again.

Jackson, TN !!!!!!!Was refused cash refund because “they don’t have enough cash”. Working n Stores/ customer service I personally know that this transaction is possible. After speaking with several local stores they all agreed that the act was unethical to the core values of their customers! Store manager was rude !!!! Black lady poor face

Finish Line has a great selection of athletic shoes. They always have a good inventory as well, so you will find your size. They are also good at having the newest styles as soon as they come out.

Used to only buy my shoes from finish line!!! Went into the store today and only had an option of 20 shoes while the men's section was closer to 75-100. I guess women aren't as important or they feel like women should just walk around bare footed. I needed a good pair of work shoes and insoles. They had 2 pair of work shoes, they rest are just for look shoes. You lost a good customer. Won't waste my time in any of your stores!!! Not to mention how bad the customer service was. I guess I'm supposed to go in the back myself.

I like this place, but this time I was angry. It was tax free weekend and the shoes my son wanted were $120. The guy at the desk said it was only for shoes under $100. That didn't make any since to me because I had just spent $200 on clothes with no tax. Don't know if we will go back there.
