I went in and asked for no tie shoe laces and got major attitude from an employee because she didn't know what I was talking about. On another occasion I was wanting to purchase shoes and had to get the display but it had a fingerprint grease smudge on the toe so I asked for a discount and was denied. That's fine but the attitude once again was rude. Shorty snatched the shoes off my childs feet. I went to city gear and got the same shoes and paid full price for a fresh pair. Thanks city gear! ~Nelle
