Best shoe store in Jackson, Tennessee (TN) 2024

I ordered online to pick up in store. After I had completed my order I realized they had other styles in stock of the item I had just ordered. I had went in expecting to have to go through hoops to return and a big hassle but no it wasn't. I had shopped real quick and found what I really had my heart set on as I made my way to the in-store pick up point. The lady there not only took care of my previous online order but she did the whole return and applied it to what I had found while I was waiting. Don't know her name but thanks so much!!! I went in and asked for no tie shoe laces and got major attitude from an employee because she didn't know what I was talking about. On another occasion I was wanting to purchase shoes and had to get the display but it had a fingerprint grease smudge on the toe so I asked for a discount and was denied. That's fine but the attitude once again was rude. Shorty snatched the shoes off my childs feet. I went to city gear and got the same shoes and paid full price for a fresh pair.
