5 Best childrens clothing store in Jackson, Tennessee (TN) 2024

I ordered online to pick up in store. After I had completed my order I realized they had other styles in stock of the item I had just ordered. I had went in expecting to have to go through hoops to return and a big hassle but no it wasn't. I had shopped real quick and found what I really had my heart set on as I made my way to the in-store pick up point. The lady there not only took care of my previous online order but she did the whole return and applied it to what I had found while I was waiting. Don't know her name but thanks so much!!! Absolute worst experience of my life, Andria the manager was of no help, they refused to return my items to my debit card since I used childrens place cc which I already paid in full. Two days prior they returned stuff to my debit card, but said they couldnt today. I do not know who is responsible for employees but that store needs new management ASAP. Do not go there, it is a SCAM to take your money. ~Molly

I went in and asked for no tie shoe laces and got major attitude from an employee because she didn't know what I was talking about. On another occasion I was wanting to purchase shoes and had to get the display but it had a fingerprint grease smudge on the toe so I asked for a discount and was denied. That's fine but the attitude once again was rude. Shorty snatched the shoes off my childs feet. I went to city gear and got the same shoes and paid full price for a fresh pair.
