Thanksgiving for Two Maple Leaf duck was delicious. The liver was a generous size and with heart and gizzards was sautéed in butter, added onion and cream created a marvelous paté. Excellent Product!

Bad place to work. Short employee pay. Short bonuses owed stating payroll system problems that go week after week unpaid. Management does not follow their written policies and plays favorites to protected employees. Unsanitary conditions in various departments.

Employees don’t wash there hands they have Covid they clean it with there bare hands don’t wear gloves and all wouldn’t recommend gettin anything from here

Haven't been there yet, but as a waiter and foodie, this is the best duck in the country!!!! I've been working w their product for 25 years without a disappointment! I recently opened my own catering bizz and did a maple leaf farms duck breast that I slivered 5 times and stuffed w fresh honey infused fresh goat cheese and topped the goat chz w flash fried fresh sage..... OMG!!!! This is now my signature dish. Everyone was in "awwee"! Thank u maple leaf farms, couldn't have done it without u. Good place to load. They have overnight parking to take a 10 before loading. They have good security and staff. People to talk to you when you call them and not a recording. Good clean indoor restroom facilities. Able to get start loading earlier than appointment time. Load time about an hour.

Had open appointment time from 7am to 10pm got here at 9pm place looks closed. I didnt go pulling on random doors but should have because they do load till 10pm. Found out this morning when I checked in. We'll see how the loading works out.

Came to pick up 6 pallets, 5 of which were bulk, and have been in a door for 3 hours. I hope this isn't typical for this location.
