My Mom needed a IPad with Cell phone and she is 82 years old The staff and manager did a wonderful job to explain and help us in every way. They knocked customer service out of the park. Thanks Guys you made our day and we got what we needed.. Great job

Easy trip to AT&T to upgrade my phone. The gentleman who helped us was super sweet, knowledgeable and helpful. He even helped me make sure I transferred all of my contacts/info to my new phone and that we wiped my trade in of all of my personal info. I prefer this location over the other one in town. A+ customer service.

I went into the store to get my phone fixed. They were super quick and explained everything that was wrong! So thankful I went here because the other store by kohls tired charging me for an extra line on my phone that I did not agree to! So if you have an iPhone 13 be careful because it is capable of having 2 lines on 1 phone with the same number! It will say primary and business in the top right corner of your phone.

If you have a Samsung and the 3g drop affected you: Download "Samsung Band Selector" by Ray W. from play store, open and select "launch band selection" and click on "wcdma all". Finally got my calls back after a week of searching for a solution. There's a bunch of apps that do the same thing and could work for other devices. I don't have any other brands to test it though. The one star is mostly because they have a phone number, there's an option to speak to someone, but you never will. Also I was told in store that unlocked phones can't work now(either text, data, or call). There's no such thing as kinda 4g-5g capable phone. AT&T just wants you to spend more and buy phones from them. If you already bought one try this solution and return/ cancel the new one of it works.

Here now. The woman who works here with dyed reddish purple hair really isn’t someone who should be dealing with the public. Absolutely horrible to an elderly couple and won’t let them speak. Horrible to a group of men who came in and judged them for looking Mexican. I came in with my mother to pay a phone bill and seeing how people are treated here I’m afraid to ever let my mother come here alone again. If you can’t give people BASIC human respect in a job that requires you to be around people then you don’t need to work these kinds of jobs.

Came here to switch over from Verizon to AT&T. Customer service is great. My wife and I both got phones we wanted plus the accessories we wanted. This is the only place I've ever dealt with that was able to complete a phone number port with absolutely no hassle! The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Both phones were completely setup and fully updated before we left. Will be repeat customers.

I am not even sure why AT&T has a store front and pays hourly wages to workers who do nothing. I needed help with my phone because I can not receive calls. Amanda was the orginal person to start helping us but then two other had to join. After 2 hours on employee said "I don't know what's wrong with it" and preceeded to walk away. That employee then was just sitting down across the room. After that the other employee walked away without saying anything. Then we were left with Amanda again. Near then end another employee told Amanda "Don't let them leave until you call tech support". He then left the room. Amanda mubled about how she could not figure anything out and she could write down the number so I could call tech support. It took over two hours and three people for someone to look at me tell me that they could not figure anything out and that I had to call tech support. I pay $200 for my phone plan and my phone cost $1200. Why is there a store if no one can actually help you at the store? Why have to go to a store and purchase a phone if they never have the phone in stock? Why pay someone an hourly wage if they don't actually knownwhat they are doing? Why AT&T? I'm sick of this nonsense. I wasn't the only one they couldn't help. Another gentlemen needed to switch over to prepay and you guessed it THEY CAN'T DO THAT ETHIER!! The next guy that came in needed a sim card and well you know what happened..... They gave him a number to call.
