Worst customer service I've eve experienced at that pharmacy. They're very slow and pretty clueless. Always out of stock on everything. I have no idea why I even bother going there, other than it's location.

This has be the worst Walgreens ever so unprofessional and very rude especially the red head lady in the front . She didn’t want honor the price in the ads when she called Mangment he was actually was scared of her, and didn’t listen to his customer he didn’t even let me show him the ad she spoke over me over again very nervous lady. she should not be working the register!!!!!!! RUDE .

Worst pharmacy known to man! Literally never have my stuff in stock. Staff doesn’t seem to care or have good communication skills. I get all of my prescriptions through an online pharmacy now. They always have it and will always call me ahead of time to schedule my refill shipments. I would give them no stars if it were possible.

Unfortunately the pharmacy at this place just keeps getting worse 😕 I go in to ask about a covid shot ,finally 15 minutes later a pharmacy person asked what I needed. A covid booster. she says I have to make an appointment over the phone I said but there's only one person waiting can't I get one after her? she says no you have to make an appointment. What kind of racket are they running they want you to get the shot but they want you to jump through hoops. Let me go to CVS.

First,this has to be the worst parking lot of any Walgreens. Good luck getting out if you park in the first parking places by the doors. Second,most sale items are either not in stock,or hidden so you'll give up and buy something else that's outrageously overpriced.And go ahead try to use your insurance for a prescription. Price is $25 more than Walmart or elsewhere. GOODBYE.

I had a great experience at Walgreens in Whiting, IN. This nice lady, Michelle who works in photos was exceptional. She was extremely attentive, professional and knowledgeable about her job. She helped me and went far above the call of duty to assist me. Thank you Michelle for helping me print pictures from my phone.

Renee is amazing.. I’m a regular here at walgreens, and this was a shot in the dark, but she was nice enough to ACCEPT my return AFTER I OPENED IT, and didn’t even BUY IT AT THE SAME WALGREENS !! They are so understanding and kind.

Most of the new hires ( females) I’ve encountered have horrible customer service . They don’t smile or seem friendly . I use to LOVE shopping at Walgreens but, the new hires need to learn to at least pretend to like their job . If I’m forced to go in there I’ll take my things to the beauty counter and, pray the older lady is there that has been there forever . The front cashiers have been horrible my past few visits not a welcoming store anymore at all.

I have been coming to this Walgreens for years and just had the worst experience ever! I understand the store was busy because it is holiday season and it can be easy for those who work in customer service to be extremely stressed but that does not excuse any rudeness! My mother and I were purchasing dog beds that were advertised to cost $7.50 & the item was not ringing up as sale price and when I had mentioned it the cashier said she was just coming in & if it was truly on sale it would ring up and if we had a problem we could talk to the manager and because she was being rude my mom just left it as is and still bought the beds but I decided to just not get the item! After she rang me up I decided to go back and check if the item did say it was on sale or if we had misread the the tag, come to find out the item was on sale! I even read the details and saw the sale was until 12/26 and I decided to just take the tag to the cashier and just try to understand what the difference was between the item advertised and the item my mother had bought! Before she had even finished ringing up the person in front us she asked “ Is there a problem ?” And I said “I’m just trying to understand the difference between these items because it seems like they’re the same.” Before I could even finish that sentence she said “ Let me see!” Mind you she still hasn’t finished the person ahead of us! Once she actually finished that she could finally give us her full attention! The item was the same and when she saw that she said “ I don’t know why the system was not ringing up the sale but I guess I can change it! Do you want this?” Hell yeah I wanted it after that! I was so upset because after all that it was so simple for her to just change the price and my mom had to return the items to get her money back! I know I got what I wanted for the price it was advertised as but she was so extremely rude and it could have been as simple as her trying to understand us and solve the challenge in a completely different manner! Her was Dominique!
