Very poor quality of ribeye steak, I've eaten here before and never had an issue with quality of food. Must have been a old cow... Even the fat was tough bearly able to cut it with a knife. The manager gave me $10.00 off my bill. I had planned to take it home and give it to my dog, but I left the steak at longhorn. I believe the manager thought that I was trying to get a free meal. I felt insulted, he should have took the steak back to the kitchen and offered me another one or the next time I ate there . I really don't know how to figure this situation, not that I have a lot to waste... I left the steak to show that it wasn't fit to eat.

We enjoyed our time at LongHorn! The food was great, as always, and I highly recommend the stuffed mushroom appetizers. We really enjoyed those. The service was really good! Our waiter took care of us without us ever needing to ask for something. I realize that there is always a difference between waiters and waitresses, but overall I believe the atmosphere was one of service to the guests. Remember: your server is a human being, not a machine. Don’t expect them to act like machines or robots!

What a Great Place & Great Food. Our server Andrew took such good care of us. Considering how very busy it was we got our food in a timely manner & it was PERFECT ! We all had steaks & they were cooked exactly as we ordered. Andrew brought us the 'best triple chocolate cheesecake" I've ever had. I recommend this place if your looking for a good steakhouse 👍👍

Fantastic waitress, Kiley, help make this a special meal. Rib eye was perfectly done and the mashed was "loaded". Oh yes, the bread and Caesar salad were yum.

The restaurant was completely packed so I opted for a Curbside pick-up and was right on point tonight, Ordered with the app and once I arrived it was less than a 4 minute wait before my meal was brought out. The New York Strip was cooked perfectly and sided with some of the best steakhouse Mac and Cheese at any franchise ever as well as evenly seasoned and piping hot fries. Honestly, the wheat loaf was a little stale but that can be forgiven.

The meal was exquisite 👌. I had the The Longhorn. 22 ounces of parmesan encrusted Yummy!! Other pic is my husband's steak The Parmesan encrusted Outback. I didn't get a pic of the appetizer oh that too so Really Really awesome!! I fully recommend the Wild Wild West shrimp!!! Our waitress was super efficient. We were even served a surprise ice cream Sunday because she overheard it was out anniversary.

I try not to complain but Jacob the manager says we are bad customers because we tell them to not burn our food. I had to eat around it. They tell us we shouldn’t complain. I’m not happy we get treated we did something wrong but give u our hard earn money. Reminder don’t get on there bad side. They tell you are a problem to there staff. This is unprofessional. They also took money from us I paid for potatoes I didn’t get. We got there take out.

Long Horn does it again (not surprised) by providing exceptional steak and customer service. I was fortunate to sit at the bar with Andrew who was bartending that night. I was surprised when he delivered the news that Long Horn took the Prime Rib off the menu (was on the west coast for three years), but he recommended the Outlaw Ribeye which was amazing. I hope you get a chance to have Andrew as a server cause it'll make your dining experience even better. Also, shout-out to the girl working the online, pick-up orders! I could tell she was working hard and staying on top of the multiple orders that were coming through at her register!
