Last time I ordered curbside and after waiting 15 minutes I finally called. She said their camera wasn't working so they didn't know I was there. This time I ordered pick up inside. Said it would be ready at 1:20. Stood there for several minutes before being acknowledged and then she brought me my slip to sign as it was paid on line. Then I waited another 10 minutes before finally flagging down someone and asked her to check on my order. She rudely asked me the name as she stomped off. I won't order again.

Our waitress was not friendly. Acted like she was in a hurry to get away from the table each time she came by. Never asked if my daughter needed a refill. Food came out quick. After she brought me my receipt to sign she never returned to the table to see if we need to go container, refill, or a drink to go. About 10 minutes later we were done with our food. And waited another 5 but didn't see her come out. She had Our table and the one across from us but they already left. I noticed she got the man a refill on the tea but didn't ask the lady. And he didn't ask for a refill on the tea. Both their cups were completely empty and they had been sitting there about 5 minutes before she brought him one out. There were maybe 7 tables taken in the whole restaurant. I saw 3 on our side waiting tables. Very slow when we were in which it seems is the case anytime I pass by this one as well. Yet Texas Roadhouse across the street was so busy there were no spots left to park except in the way back. I noticed our receipt said Cody but she never introduced herself. Just hurried and grabbed drink, brought them back along with the table beside us which was already seated when we came in but she got our order first. As we were leaving she was out back at a car talking to someone. Guess that's why we didn't see her again and couldn't get to go drinks. I won't ever be back to this restaurant. As slow as it was and the floor was a bit messy when we set down. She finally did sweep. But the manager walked through twice and looked right down at trash n the floor and kept walking. Guess that's below her pay.

They were very busy when we first walked in with a sat us very fast within 15 minutes. Our waitress was extremely polite and even fixed my burned order of broccoli very quickly. they were very busy all night and still manage to give us quality service and quality food.

Worst dining experience ever. We stopped here because we were starving and most other restaurants were packed and this restaurant wasn’t near as busy. Now we know why. My husband ordered a steak that looked as though it had been boiled. The mashed potatoes were greasy instant potatoes with the worst flavor ever. I ordered the chicken with shrimp. It was served on a plate full of grease. I literally took one bite and couldn’t get it down. The server was friendly but lacked the skills necessary for the job. Our salads were the only edible thing we received. Please take my word and eat anywhere else!!!

Unbelievably slow! Took an hour to get chips & spinach dip. Not crowded. We were about to leave but after already waited that long we hated to. No refills. Empty before food finally arrived. Dirty dishes not picked up. Had to find another waitress and get our check Will never come back .

Service was a little slow but it was due to short staff. We didn't mind though ans our server was friendly. Our food was good and hot. We got their garlic parmesan boneless wings; we really liked them! I ended up getting the chicken broccoli pasta. It was good. Their cherry cokes were delicious.

We were debating on going to Fort Worth restaurant, but decided not to after looking at the menu and prices online. We had a few more stops to make and decided to go to Applebee’s because it was not busy and was close. The waitress was very courteous, friendly and attentive. Only ordered burgers and soup, but everything was hot, cooked perfectly and delicious. We will be going back again. We have been back- ordered an appetizer along with our meals; the pretzel sticks with beer cheese are stupendous. There has been a young lady working both times we’ve been named Lee. She’s extremely friendly, outgoing, courteous and helpful. Wish all businesses had these kind of employees!

My first time eating there, it will probably Be the last. Pulled in parking lot should have been a clue, hardly anyone in the parking lot. Waiter was nice, served us drinks, but didn't bring lemon in a bowl after asking for lemon on the side. You have to pull the lemons out of your tea to get the lemon juice. As we ordered the guy was helpful to discuss the sides, but charged dearly for it. Ordered the 2 for $30 8oz steaks, come with two side per order, he charges another $10 for the two sides. Ordered medium, well steaks, they came well done and very dry. Said something about the steaks, all he had to say was sorry. The manager needs to train the server's and check on them. I never seen the manager once in the hour that I was there. I give a one star because the waiter did keep our drinks full, but not well trained. I see my the Texas steakhouse was full across the road, and I believe it had a better train staff there, serving it's customers for what they ask for. When someone spends $50 for a meal, they would like to get what they paid for. Go across the street, is a better place to eat.

Popped in late on Wednesday (like an hour before closing), I think we were the only customers. Friendly server got us seated right away with waters and the big margarita special. We shared boneless wings and the Bourbon chicken & shrimp; topped it off with the chocolate lava cake. All the food was good; Server was super great. We were out before the closing bell.

tried to call the restaurant ahead of time to place an order. no one picked up. the line trilled for about five minutes. then was told we could not order on the website even tho the voicemail on the phone said to. scam #1. got to the restaurant and it’s pretty much empty. go inside and there’s a line almost out the door. we wait about ten minutes before the host finally acknowledged our existence. scam #2. had a karen moment and then he finally brought another employee over to help us. she was actually super nice and pleasant and knew what she was talking about. loved her. a queen. we are currently still waiting. we only came here because we had a gift card. will post an update on the food, stay tuned. xoxo. update: food was mediocre. we hate it all because we waited so long.
