I highly recommend Ricky's RV Repair. Awesome service! Whatever your RV issue, give them a call first. I've been an RVer for over 40 years - definitely the best and most responsive repair shop I have ever experienced. Ricky's has a fleet of mobile repair trucks fully stocked with parts. They will go out of their way, especially if you have an urgent issue, to get your unit repaired and back on the road. Thanks Ricky and your entire staff. You guys are great!

I have had this motorhome since late 2014 and you are by far the best shop I have used. Tim did an excellent job of coordinating the repair/replacement of the AC. He kept me informed of progress and worked with my warranty company to get to end of job without issue. When I got it back it was clean and no damage. As I told you, I am local to the area and you will definitely be my "go to shop" going forward. Service: Air conditioning

If you need any RV work done while you’re in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge/Seviereville area, Ricky’s RV Repair are the people to call. We had a major water leak from a poor installation done by our original dealer, Ricky’s worked us in for an urgent troubleshooting and repair. In just two hours they found the source of the leak completed the repair and had us back on the road. These guys are great! I highly recommend!

Ac went out on Friday night. Called and left a msg. First thing Saturday morning they called back and had a mechanic at our camper within 15 min. Had it fixed within the hour at a honest price. Service call fee was less than expected too. Awesome experience would deff use again Service: Air conditioning

We were on vacation in the area. Had some AC troubles , wanted to upgrade to a different unit. Ricky was knowledgeable and was able to make sure we had what we needed and the unit we wanted was in stock at their store. The staff loaded the ac unit in my truck for me. The customer in front of me needed an awning part and they Did not have the part but we’re able to recommended a place for them to get the part. . Great friendly helpful staff all around. My camper suffered an electrical melt down two days before our vacation due to an electrician wiring it 220, Ricky's took it in, fixed it and got us going to our vacation within 48 hours. They could have lied and said everything was fried and I would not have known better but they were honest and did the job quick and fair. Ricky even came out to our campsite and fixed a few other minor issues the next day when we called worried that things were still wrong, within an hour! Arrived in Pigeon Forge on Thursday evening, knowing I had a refrigerator issue. Staying at Riveredge, Ms. Mary Ann, said nobody to call but Ricky. Called about 7:50 Friday a.m. Receptionist wonderful. Tech called within 20 minutes. Arrived right on time (actually early). Wonderful, knowledgeable, courteous. Knew my issue when I told him what had transpired before we left home before getting out of the truck! Fixed in a matter or minutes, very reasonable charge for the work!!! Hubbie wanted to chill his adult beverages and left the fridge door open a little too long, and got the same error code. I decided to push a button (Tech told me how to correct it on a one shot deal) and lo and behold it was working again. Called anyway and none other than Ricky himself called while we were out shopping. Ricky offered to come himself if I hadn't corrected the issue. I had, thank God for country girls, LOL. Husband has already said, even though we are 5 1/2 hours from here, if we have a problem, we will call Ricky and see if he can help, we will drive the coach and leave it or stay while they work on it. Can't say enough great things about all of them from receptionist, to tech (sorry I didn't write down his name) and Ricky, himself. THANK YOU ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stopped in a few days ago looking for an adapter for a gas grill hook up....even though they didn't have it, I was greeted at the door, and was not disappointed by the service, the blonde at the counter wasn't hard to look at either! Ended up having to using portable propane bottles but I wouldn't hesitate to ask these folks for help, seemed down to earth and normal for now-a-days!

Ricky has done numerous jobs on my coach but evidently he's getting greedy.I Called him because my steps on the inside collapsed. Wanted him to come out to look at job and find out if it's covered under extended warranty. The girl said there is a service charge for the estimate. I'm not gonna pay for an estimate thats part of his job. I'm done with them I heard he's getting crazy with his charging customers I'll use someone who is fair and appreciates the work. I'm a local her in Pigeon Forge and I always use him I'm pretty ticked off being treated this way he forgets who his customers are all he sees know is money!
