HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! I’m not sure if there’s new management or what, but papa johns, in Seiverville ,has been getting worse and worse… this location use to be best pizza in town and now it seems they are cutting corners (and toppings) and it definitely shows in the product. I use to work at a papa’s and I know that there skimping on toppings and especially cheese, which is what always made them the best. I spent $35, plus a tip, on a carry out pizza and cheese sticks and ended up throwing it away!!! If I could give them a 0 rating, I would. I won’t be coming back again!!!!

Food was delicious once I finally got it. Waited several minutes at the restaurant to pick up once I paid. Three people in front of me already got their orders and mine was clearly ready and the cashier still wouldn't get it for me after I told her repeatedly my name. Also asked several times to get garlic sauce and was told the garlic sauce was in there. 30 seconds later, ended up coming back in because it wasn't garlic sauce. Overall not pleased at the service, food was good, but took too long.

I ordered online. Called an hour and a half later to see what the issue was with my delivery, they were short staffed and manager was very apologetic. They remade my order fresh and didn't charge me anything. I also chose to go pick it up because my kids were starving at this point. When I got back with it the pizza was way under cooked and inedible. I was over it at this point though. I am appreciative of the attempt to fix it. Had my remade order been edible I would have given more stars but c'mon man.

I ordered on line at the Sevierville location fir pick up. On my way I called and spoke to Rachel, I handicapped and on oxygen. I was paying cash when I got there and asked her if they could bring it to my car and let me pay at my window.. not only did she herself bring it out but, she was so nice my food was super hot. She had a great attitude and was professional. My food when I got home was still hot and it was very very good. Would recommend this location to everyone.

We placed an order I want to say about 7pm. I think a little earlier. We where told 120 minutes and okay that’s fine. It was cheaper than most the places around. It took longer than that and here is why. They are double stacked with resort orders. I called and was told it could take longer even if I was willing to pick it up. We finally got our food and 2 of the pizza where hardly cooked. I called the same night and apparently 9 they closed. I called the next day 3 times and could not get through. Called Sunday just to be yelled at and not listened to. I didn’t want a refund just wanted to educate them. If you make wait 3 hours the least y’all can do is cook the food all the way through. I’ve tried calling today and cannot get through. It’s not the customer’s fault you are short handed. Do a better quality check. Don’t order from this location unless you want raw dough.

I placed an order to pick up. Got there 30 min later they cooked the wrong pizza. So they had me wait 30 more minutes for a pepperoni pizza while my supreme pizza sat under the warmer. I asked for another garlic butter 4x. Before another employee asked me what l was waiting on. The manager never spoke with me. The lady before me also had the wrong order and had to wait awhile before it was corrected. So altogether it took an hour and 15 minutes to get a pick up order that they said would be ready in 30 minutes. I will not be going back. They had a new manager who don't care about customer service or even apologizing for their mistakes. Been there several times in the past and things were fine even if there was a wait.

Very uncomfortable feeling waiting in line. Employee did not seem to know what to do, unfriendly and would not help with problem with credit card. The would say was readthe directions. Long wait in line. Only good time pizza was good but person at register opened the box to check the pizza after handling money. Will not go there again. This was Tesday afternoon. June 8.
