This store is excellent compared to the one on Alameda in Aurora. We purchased my wedding band and anniversary band at another Jared years and years ago and have had these and my engagement ring fused together and serviced in Aurora for years. They always disliked that my engagement ring wasn't from Jared and always tried not to service that ring like the others, even though having them fused was always supposed to mean it was covered. They didn't want to rhodium it, and they worked the fused bands so ridiculously paper thin that it broke. For reference, I work a desk job. There's zero reason for that to happen. Enter County Line Jared near Park Meadows. They not only cared for all three of my rings without issue, but they completely rebuilt all three bands so that they're sturdy and equal and expertly fused, not messily tacked together. They re-rhodiumed and cleaned everything, and I left the store proudly sporting what looked like a brand new ring. I'm so thrilled with my experience at this store. I'll absolutely be coming to this one over the other in the future.

Danielle was absolutely amazing! I must have looked at a million combinations of wedding rings and she was extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable. We selected a gorgeous set with her help and expertise! We are so happy with the service at this location and feel lucky to have been paired with such an amazing diamontologist!

I wanted to say Thank you Vincent for your help! You were absolutely amazing super friendly from the moment I walked in he listen and got my ring to what the Aurora Jared should of done 6 years ago.. I feel like the store in Aurora stopped listen after the purchased of my rings. It's been a l horrible experience but I'm finally leaving with a smile in my face from Jared. Worked with Danielle once before, when I was shopping for an engagement ring. She was so incredibly thorough, intentional, and sincere in every regard. What should have been a stressful, nerve wracking experience was anything but. It was truly fantastic, and I have her to thank. 11 months after my fiancée said yes, we came back in to browse Wedding bands in preparation for our big day. We came back in to see Vincent as we were previously working with him to get a new engagement ring to replace my old one and he was super helpful. He did mention he was newer to the store but we would have thought he had been there for years as he listened and was patient with us. Although he seemed to keep getting stepped on and dismissed by one of the other sales guys, he remained kind and professional. Keep up the good work, we will be coming back for our next upgrade!

My husband and I had the best experience at Jared‘s! We visited several well known jewelers before we made the final decision to purchase a 30 year anniversary engagement ring! The customer service, knowledge of the products and attentiveness with no pressure to purchase was exceptional! My wife had broken her ring, and I had gone to other stores to get it fixed and was treated incredibly poorly at all locations I visited. I was told to try Jared and couldn't of been happier with my experience. Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful. The ring came out even more beautiful than it was before. My wife is happy she broke it now. We ended up coming back and getting her wedding band from the same store. Thanks again to Keven and Vincent for being nice, knowledgeable and creating a great experience which is hard to come by.
