Great store with everything you need. From fine wines to cigars, this place has it all. The store layout is easy to get around and all products have its place. Each location I’ve gone to is super clean and bright on the inside. Lots of natural lighting. The staff is super friendly and easy to talk to. Bathrooms are always clean and smell nice. I like the ABC reward point system however they should not expire and you should be able to use them as required regardless of time. The other thing I don’t like about the point system is that you can’t use at the cash-register, you have to go online and redeem your points first, get an email that you can then use. I recently learned this is a family owned store and they are well known for giving back to the community. The location has a walk-in humidor with the ability to pick up all the cigar accessories required. I also like it when they put their old cigar boxes on sale. Even though they have a small area for cheese and deli meats, they are too expensive and I would prefer to pick up elsewhere…..Same with their soda’s and juices. Too expensive. Overall it’s a great store, lots to choose from, easy to get what your looking for, great prices and a great place to shop.

I went there for boxes to use for packing. Even though I did not buy anything they were so nice and helpful, even put the boxes in the car. The store was very clean and well organized.

I love the store in Bee Ridge much more than the other one in University. Everybody is so nice, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Mark always ready to help, suggest and recommend even when he is done with his shift, Flor always happy willing to go the extra mile to help the customers, Mike, Flavio and the super nice, funny and sweet older lady cashier! Congratulations to all of you, keep the great work!

Was standing in line today on 4th of July. Store wasn’t busy at all. The registers didn’t have anyone on them as I walked down the check out lane, so I quickly checked a text I just received. Again, nobody was at the registers. Then I heard one of the cashiers, a man, beckon me forward. I didn’t hear what he said. No big deal, right? So I asked “what’s that?” as I walked forward to checkout. Then a woman cashier walked past me to her register, with darker/blonde wavy hair (not sure what her name was) and said in a patronizing antagonistic tone “he’s trying to get you to pay for your stuff faster”. She looked at me like she just made the burn of the century. Confusion sets in. Who are you, and why is your input needed here? I was obviously walking up to pay for my things, so I said back “obviously?” to which she put her hands in the air and proceeded to mock me, saying “hey, I’m just shopping around!” At this point I’m wondering: is this real life right now? It was such a bizarrely rude quip. I considered just putting down my things and walking out. All this happened so fast, like within 10 seconds of me waiting for the cashiers and quickly checking my phone. That’s no exaggeration. I went from enjoying my day to hearing this rude woman try and make it worse, which she did. Congrats I guess. So, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to pay for anything of theirs again. That weird exchange rubbed me wrong all day. I understand it’s a holiday, just don’t take it out on me. Don’t take it out on your customers.

Always a good place to stop for some booze. Wide selection of spirits and usually you can find some good deals on stuff, allows you to try ones you might not have had before for cheap.

Selection selection selection... not much you'll not find here. From greeting cards, snacks, soda, chips, mixers to gift sets. Great pricing and sales. Helpful staff. Clean facility. Place your order ahead, pickup inside or curbside, or grab a cart when you enter.. you will not leave with one item as intended! I've not much knowledge about cigars, but there's a dedicated room I think may be a lifesize humidifier!! 👍🏼😉👍🏼🥂
