I prepaid 100.00 for gas but the gas did not come out when pumping. I went back in the store and was assured I would not be charged. The next day a payment of 100.00 posted from the store. I called the store immediately as was informed their owner Susie would be informed. Later the same day I was informed to dispute the charge with my bank. I was informed Susie would not help resolve the issue. They wouldn't take the time to confirm with the clerk or provide me any assurance I would receive my money. Told me to contact 7/11 corporate and basically figure it out. TERRIBLE experience, no solution or sympathy for hard working customers. I have contacted their corporate headquarters and now jumping through more hoops.

This is.the closest 7eleven to Justin. I drove t here at 4am to put money on cash app. They didn't know how and they didn't have change fora $100. Ridiculous

the two stars are for the owner. Educate ur staff and allow them to inform customers, so there isn’t any confusion. If ur out of products, let ur staff know, so that they can properly inform customers. I apologize to the team. This falls on management and ownership.

This is one of the worst 7-11 locations I’ve ever been to. They are usually out of stock on half of their inventory. Most of the cashiers are completely clueless compared to other locations and push you to enter your phone number for rewards yet have no idea how to actually redeem them. The store is usually filthy and in need of repair. The ice cream freezer has been missing the handle for a year. Oh, and did I mention that if you pay for gas at the pump you’ll likely have your card info stolen? Go down the street to Paradise unless incompetency and a limited selection are what you’re after in a convenience store.

Super nice staff inside tonight on this stop. Store is clean and perfectly located. Owners did a good job with hiring and location. Now let's drop some of those prices ;)

This location routinely has credit card skimmers found at the pumps and inside! Management doesn't seem to care about this issue. Use Google or Apple pay on your phone if possible. The pumps are always out of receipt paper or ink for the last few months and the employees just say they are broken. The employees are usually very friendly but the inside isn't always very clean.

This store has a lot of traffic, yet still the entire staff are always helpful and kind. Always going that step above!!! There management team is one of a kind, and the owner actually cares. Thanks guys!!!

If you go in at lunch time and a construction worker doesn't shove you out of the way, you can get a decent hot dog if the grill isn't empty, The gas pump area should have speed limit sign,

There is one cashier, young man, who is charging incorrect prices. He claimed the item does not scan, so instead of verifying the price, he makes up his own prices. The appears to be quite shady. When confronted, he gets really nervous and attempt to correct the mistake, but fails. He returned incorrect change and attempted to throw away the receipt. I tried to understand what he did, but the “manager” on duty, tried to distract from the situation by getting loud and stating I was being rude. I was being ripped off and attempted to correct the situation. On Thursday, Oct 7 at 5:10 PM, he not only attempted this with me but another customer who returned claiming the cashier failed to return the correct change by nearly $9. Additional, the “manager” on duty, young lady, get very protective and begins yelling to distract from the situation. Customer be aware of non- scanned items, poor cash exchange procedures, and shady behavior during check out. It’s your money. There might possibly be a collusion in place to steal your money because you are in a hurry and paying attention. Further, it’s been reported, there has been credit card readers in some places to steal your information. Especially, debit card.

Clean bathroom, friendly staff. They have a unisex restroom and it was the cleanest restroom I have ever seen in a gas station or public place. The employees were very friendly too.
