Literally the worst Casey’s I’ve ever been too. I don’t know the name of the lady, but she works at the register and is very old. She was very rude to my partner and I. We were just trying to talk to the KITCHEN MANAGER about a pizza we ordered. After the numerous bad experiences me and my partner have had at this Casey’s, we’re done. This Casey’s is the worst, the kitchen usually closes whenever they want, the customer service is TERRIBLE, and it’s not very clean.

They need to start switching out their cigars that sit on the shelf to long I’ll get ones that have dust on them or so dry when I open the packet their broke and crumbled already or so dry they break to the touch pathetic

We were stranded for a while in this town during a snowstorm and both of us put our vehicles in the ditch. Employees were very understanding and dealt with us for hours hanging out there figuring what to do. They really helped make a bad situation better.

Stopped by to pick up a pizza. Facility was clean. Staff at front counter and in the pizza area were friendly. Uniforms were clean.

Ive been a fan of caseys pizza all my life but recently while picking up an order only one of three employees PREPARING FOOD had a mask on. Disgusting behavior especially during a pandemic.

On our way home from Clinton a gentleman let me in to use the restroom and purchase a water. He went out of his way to let me in. I didn't catch him name, but he was EXTREMELY nice for doing that since Casey's was closing for the night. Merry Christmas to you sir!

Today didn't have any hot food available... workers just talking hanging out...get your ass to work and have hot food available for when others get off work!!!

The employees at Casey's helped my daughter when she split her knee open they bandaged her up and gave her ice water.
