Currently my favorite place to fill up. "Customer Service" is the manager's specialty. The manager of Chevron on Cornell is Terry "Hulk" Hogan. He's been wrestling the best employees to create a customer friendly environment. One way I gauge a gas station is by the bathroom. The bathroom @Chevron off Cornell and Trail Rd was immaculate. I'm a lifetime customer thanks to Mary, Jimmy, and William, and Yea-Huh.

The staff here don’t seem to know anything about the propane nor do they want to. Often they will argue over who should fill my tank and the one who loses can’t make it work. The walks over and then just walks away. Very unprofessional

Employees don’t wear face masks. The employee came out of the convenience store not wearing a face mask and pumped our gas the whole time without one on. We then tried to give her a number for rewards and she could not find the numbers on the pin pad, like was struggling to find what number to press. She put our phone number in wrong so we just said forget it.

I’ve gone here for years but never thought about writing a review for a gas station. I’m gonna start up with the one negative that I find. Employees seem to be a little disheveled . That being said, I am giving this gas station a good review because those employees were able to recognize a scary individual that was trying to follow my wife home as she was walking. She walked in there and they quickly recognize that he was bothering her. They then intervened and told her to stay there to keep her safe. I am truly thankful to all of those that helped out that day.

Very nice Chevron in Keizer. Long time staff members here and the service is always good and they are very pleasant to deal with. They genuinely care about you and ask how your day is going which is really rare these days. Always stop in here when I'm in Keizer. I used to live close by and they have me as a regular customer

At the Jacksons Store 516 I asked to pump gas for $5.00, (1.6 gallons). I was told to pay inside the small store, which I did. The attendant told me all done. I checked the arrow gage in the SUV, it did not move. I checked the Range, it is still 15 miles, as it was before. I talked to 2 people working at the gas station and told them that gas was not pumped. Maybe pump 5 was not working or calibrated correctly or maybe someone pushed wrong buttons or maybe someone is cheating. I went to a different gas station everything worked correctly. I lost $5.00.

I wanted to say how amazing the customer service is here. I always have a great chat with the cashiers but what really made me give them 5 stars is their above and beyond service. I lost my debit card in there last week. I didn’t even think I had lost it there. Of course I turned it off immediately. Yesterday I was contacted by a Deanna on Facebook. Informing me she thinks that they had my debit card. They didn’t have to do this. But to go out of their way to find me on fb was amazing. Thank you all. I know I here I will be getting gas and goodies from now on.
