This McDonald’s has terrible service. It’s not well maintained. Fries are always not fresh and NOT FULL! They never put ketchup for fries that I have ordered! They will give you an attitude if you ask for extra ketchup.

The food is good / can get a bad order by chance like cold nuggets or no sauce in delivery , the tables need to be cleaned more often. Staff is polite . Done is is better quality food .

Quick service in the college point area. Great deals available if using the McDonald's app. Drive thru is a bit rough to maneuver with so much vehicle traffic trying to exit as you enter the drive thru. I suggest parking your car and walking in if visiting during busy hours

Drive thru employee was extremely unhelpful. We repeatedly clarified what items we needed yet the employee refused to add in the item on the list. When she promised she added in the item it still ended up missing, just really unprofessional behavior

Why does this place even have a option of a star? U ask for a BBQ sauce they get so nasty with it . And straight to ur face will roll their eyes tell u u only ordered few items . First off ... 1 bbq sauce isn't enough for like 4 large French fries and 2 burgers . And I even said I'll pay extra . Also no need to roll ur eyes . This is ur Job . Dear whoever the owner manager please train ur workers I beg to defer. They take it so personal as it if there's a shortage on bbq sauce.

This McDonald's seems to have forgotten how to be mcdonalds. Most awkward drive thru ever! This time around the soda was broken and they were handing out cans? They had no sweet and sour sauce which was hella disappointing. The fries were squished and not full, they were cold and tasted weird. The big mac was ok.

I hate this McDonald's they're always over charging the customers. How are you selling an oreo frappe for $2.49 but the bill comes to $3.15 I asked why was the price so high? The cashier said we charge 40 cents for the oreos. Wait what!!!!!!! The menu says $2.49 why are you charging the customer for the oreo portion of the drink. I said that's like ordering a strawberry milkshake and charge me for the strawberries required to make it. The price is not the issue the robbing the customer is my issue.

Bad experience. First, I don't know why they designed the drive thru where you have to cross the entrance/exit into the parking lot. Them I was given 2 iced coffees when I ordered only one. When I informed them, they kept the extra but did not refund me so I had to ask for the second one if they intended to charge me. They gave me oatmeal but not the fruit. I waited for awhile until I had to shout to get them to come back to the window to ask for the fruit. The oatmeal looked watery but I thought maybe it was settling. Put in the fruit and mixed it but still watery. Iced coffee was watered down too, and now I had 2 of them. Not good! Bad food and bad service

McFlurry is not as good as in the past. Got it today on May 4, 2022 at night time. I haven't eat that for a long time and want to try one. What apparent to be is very watery McFlurry.
