The lady at the counter is very kind and nice. Variety of packages you can choose. But I wish there were more counters open. I like that the self service part is still open even when the post office is close but would be nice to have more instructions on how to do things.

Your office doesn't even deserve a whole star. I am livid with the carriers with this post office. They changed the customer request to delicer to my house, and switched it to pick up from their post office. I work until after they close, and really needed that package when they said it would be delivered originally. I don't appreciate being lied to. I didn't request this change to my delivery. I can't even leave work early to pick it up tomorrow, or I lose Holiday pay for the fourth of July. Great service...

Pretty good, the employee at the counter made me feel a little rushed which is understandable for as busy as they were. But I do feel that more could be done to verify my shipment was correctly labeled, I left questioning myself as to whether I got the recipients address written down correctly on the label, I'm sure I did but the lady hastily took it away. Like I said they were busy with a line of people.

these people are rude and absolutely disrespectful. they have lost my mail 8 times and have put my valuable packages in other peoples mail boxes and then when i call to see where my stuff is they act like they dont care its not there problem and i have to wait days to get things. then when i go to cash money orders they tell me to come back later very disrespectfully. i hope these people are fired and they get caring people hired since this is a federal company and people are inn and out every day

My experience with this post office had been good until I moved to Colorado. I went in to fill out a address change didn't know they did them online now, the lady at the desk gave me a carbon copy and took my keys for my box and put them under the desk. Said they would just change the lock. Now the new owners are being charged $40 for a new lock and keys. Oh yeah, I didn't get any forwarded mail for a month and when I called them to ask why I was told they didn't have any forwarding address card for me. What is going on there?
