I had Pizza here once, and only once. Everything was very "chemical" tasting. I mean it's Pizza hut so what are you going to expect. If you are going to do a job, do it right the first time. This applies to eating out as well. Pay the extra $ and just go to Woody's to the west

I ordered a beef taco pizza, with no variations to the standard offering. When we got the pizza it only had minimal bean sauce, beef, and cheese. No onion, tomato, lettuce, or cheddar cheese. The wings were good and the pasta, breadsticks, and other pizza were just fine. Depends on the day, sometimes this Hut is fire, other days not so much.

Please hire more people. The food it self is great from this store. The delivery drivers are friendly and fast. You just need more drivers. They were not able to deliver my food today. I will be ordering again. Thank you

This store has some serious process, together with some people, issues that need to be remedied: online orders not going through; inconsistent food quality; management and leadership; training, and customer service. It will be quite awhile before going back, which pains me because it's been our "go to" restaurant since we moved to Estherville in 2005.

Terrible dine in experience. Food good. Hot day out and no ac! 87 degrees in the restaurant. Help was confused. Bad job of management in my opinion. Check the ac before you need it. Train the help better, and no prices included on the menu? Surprisingly bad experience at pizza hut.

The pizza would be great if you could at least get them to answer the phone to take your order?? I worked in a small Italian pizza place with one lady taking the orders and making the food by herself and she could at least keep up with answering the phone. Unacceptable!

I entered my order for delivery and there were no delivery services at that time. The lady told me she had to cancel my order and I needed to re-enter it. When I did that, my rewards points that I was using were no longer available to use. It was more than frustrating to have to re-enter my order for pickup and then not be able to use my points. You should make it so that you cannot place an order for delivery if it is within a time in which the store does not offer delivery services to prevent this from happening in the future.
