Credit card reader has been broken for a good 6 months. At least a couple gas pumps are constantly out of order. They're always running out of donuts. It looks like there's a serious lack of management. Update 3 months later. Card reader still broke, gas pumps still out of order constantly. Seriously

Glenwood Casey’s did a bang up job tonight! Good food , good service Seems like they are really pulling it together!!! Keep up the good work guys !! Rich made good on his delivery time and believe Elijah called to double shock the order . Regardless great job fellas

Most of the time service Is great. But that's only if we visit during the hours of the super friendly lady. Recently we've waited to be served while employees choose to carry on personal conversations, while improperly wearing masks. Then after waiting, employees are very rude. They mess up the order and still make us wait an additional 30-45 minutes after already waiting an hour. Not pleased.

Can't figure out which way to put charge card in gas pump. I assume step goes on right side. At old store was a picture on the pump.

Ordered pizzas they said it would take an hour. We called after an hour 15 minutes. They had not left yet, and overcharged our order. After an hour and a half we canceled our order. This is the 3rd time that we have had poor service.

Whatever you do, do NOT order pizza from here. We placed an online order several hours in advance on Friday, my husband went to get our pizza and waited for 15 minutes. After 15 mins, my husband asked for an update, and they then told him they gave our order to someone else. The staff member asked if my husband wanted her to put in another pizza, after he had already been there waiting for 15 mins. Pizza pick up is an absolute train wreck every time we order.

About six months ago we ordered two pizzas from Casey's and they were undercooked with semi-raw dough. Tonight we attempted to use the online ordering system and it failed. There was a deal for for two single topping pizzas for $9.99 each. The website kept would not allow us add a topping for an additional fee and wanted to also charge us more for sausage instead of beef. Due to the online hiccup we had to call to get pizzas ordered. The lady who answered the phone stated she would honor the online deal and only charge us for the additional topping. By calling in we lost our place in line and the pizza was quoted to be ready at 5:50 PM instead of a half hour earlier. Upon arriving at 5:50 they did not even have our order and thought we ordered only Bacon Cheese Fries. They checked their tickets and stated we only ordered one pizza and cheese bread sticks. Then they accused us of calling twice when they found the second pizza. Finally after picking them up about 30 minutes later than quoted we were charged close to $40 for an order that should been $25 to ($30 max). To ice the cake they charged and gave us for two cheese breadsticks when we ordered one. After this and the uncooked doughy pizza in the past we will only patronize Dominos, Pizza Hut, etc. Anywhere, but Casey's! Even though we have saved enough box tops to have a free pizza we don't want it.

Takes about an hour to get pizza from here on normal nights if they don’t forget your order or mess it up. Staff is really nice and friendly tho.

Casey’s has really good pizza. No other place in town compares with it’s good quality and taste. My favorite is the taco pizza, no one can make it like Casey’s.

Called to order pizza had a few questions on the specials. Woman one the phone very rude and short. Hope I get what I ordered and hope it tastes better than the attitude. A thank you goes a long ways.
