Although I live over 1,000 miles away in SC, I placed an order from Granger for a 2022 Ford Maverick Ecoboost in on January 27, 2022 due to a limited time promotion they offered as well as the fantastic reviews from other customers. My truck was delivered at the end of October. There are many shady dealerships out there but not Granger Ford. They were true to their word on price and no hidden fees. I emailed them many times with questions, and they were always provided a prompt reply. I was able to complete my entire transaction by email and had my truck shipped home without having to visit Granger in person, although I would have loved to have gotten a picture with the staff and thank them in person. The entire process was smooth and professional. I want to give a special shout out to Zach, Samantha, and Catelyn! Thank you so much!!!

I recently worked with Brooke to purchase a ESP plan for my 2021 F150. I don't live anywhere near Granger, so everything was done online and through email. Brooke responded quickly and frequently, addressing my questions and concerns. When I couldn't locate my FordPass points, she was able to magically find them and apply the "credit" against the final bill. All documents were handled digitally so that made this process so smooth. If there was a virtual bathroom, I could say that I would poop here again.

I recently picked up my 2022 Super Duty at Granger. I flew in from Northern Minnesota. The ordering process was an absolute breeze with no hassle. Their pricing was the best as they offered 2% below invoice which is remarkable in todays market. Ashleigh was always quick to respond and a pleasure. The vehicle did come with some damage which was unfortunate but fixed accordingly. Unfortunately, the vehicle preparation and review did miss some pretty significant paint runs on the bottom of the drivers door which requires new paint which I will say is a bit frustrating. But this is likely bound to happen anywhere. I appreciated their flexibility on pickup when my flight was delayed and I arrived later than expected. Overall I will fly down for the next vehicle when the time is due. Don't waste your time paying MSRP or above if you're within reasonable driving distance!

Greater Ford was horrible. I thought about my vehicle the policy was you had to get your oil changed at their facility or they do not honor the car's warranties. I live about 45 minutes from their closest location and their policy was always a drive-thru Express Oil Change without any notice they changed it after I had driven over an hour to get to their location and as soon as squeezing me in and then letting me know the policy had changed they made me wait two and a half hours. Totally disgusted buying a new vehicle very soon and it will not be from Ranger motor awful horrible ungodly service

In January 2022, Granger Ford in Iowa with an impressive rating of 4.9 out of 5.0 stars in Google Reviews offered an amazing deal on a web forum I regularly subscribe to. The price they offered was below invoice. My options were limited, either pay at least $10,000 mark-up above the MSRP for a similarly equipped Lariat in my area due to the ongoing chip shortage or save $7,000. Since I am a cash customer, I could not say no to saving around $17,000 on a $74,000 truck. I ordered it in February and received a Dealer Order Receipt Acknowledgement with the agreed-upon price. Chip of Granger was upfront about everything including the possible delays related to the chip shortage. I wish all dealerships were like Granger Ford in being upfront. Later on, I read that other dealerships were not sticking with their Dealer Order Receipt Acknowledgements after Ford had a couple price increases. Chip said that Ford had price protection on it and dealerships were not supposed to pass on the price increases, but that did not stop several unscrupulous dealerships from pocketing the difference. I am so glad I stuck with Granger. My buying experience was made better by the dealership's integrity. No games with the prices, no last-minute rust packages, or interior protection packages. No wham bam, thank you. The people there genuinely care about their customers. I got the paperwork, wired the money over, and had it shipped to California. They also offered a genuine Ford Protect Extended Service Plan at almost half the price compared to my local dealership. Naturally, I opted for that too. I received the truck yesterday and I could not be more pleased with it, thanks Chip and Zach.

I just picked up my new 2022 Ford F-150 Lariat from Granger Ford in Iowa last week. My new truck came out great and the new features are very exciting. The 12" display screen and interior are exciting. I got the Anit-matter Blue color and just love it! The process of buying a car from Granger Ford is very easy. Their sales staff is very professional and courteous. I worked with Chip Giles in the internet sales dept. and he did a great job. I flew in from Colorado and was picked up at the airport by my sales rep. A first class operation all of the way. If you are in the market for a new truck you need to check out Granger Ford, you will not be disappointed! Make sure to ask for Chip.
