Just took our dog Dewy in to see the DVM. Very informative the doc really took his time explaining everything thoroughly. I'm betting I had more questions than most and he answered all of them. I think we have found Dewy his primary care provider. Highly recommended 🤠

Have needed emergency vet services twice. Once a few years ago. That dog died because we couldn’t get him to a vet in time. And today! Both times I have left messages and both times I’ve never been called back! Unfortunate that our local vet is so unreliable. Why have a emergency line if you never pick up and never call people back!

Id give 10⭐ if I could, Dr. Vosburg was an amazing vet, he's so gentle and so kind. An amazing man with the expertise that will truly put your mind at easy. Let's face it our "pets" become part of our families meaning the world to us all. And when the day arrives that your beloved pet needs the best possible care, you want someone with compassion, caring as well as the knowledge and expertise to provide for you the very best care available. This is the man to see and the place to go. My rating of only 4⭐is for one reason only, that reason is there is an older receptionist whom answers the phone and is at best rude and makes you feel like your questions and concerns have no merit. Dealing with a person/ family whom is full of concerns and at times distraught could really use some compassion when calling. But plz don't let that stop you from seeking the very best in bare for your beloved animals.

As a new customer, I was welcomed in and treated like I was a regular. I thought it was a professional yet comfortable atmosphere. I was even informed on how I could save money on treatment I had to purchase regardless! I recommend them

They mis diagnosed my fiance's dog and was then given the wrong medicine which made her dog have more pain. Ended up going with another vet and was properly diagnosed. Was told by the new vet that if it was treated correctly at first could have been fixed. But it was too late and the effects of the Hampton vets misdiagnosis was unfixable. Ended up having to put her dog down. I wouldn't recommend the Hampton veterinary center to anyone. I had to give one star on the ratings to post this. But in all actuality zero stars

I used to take my dog there but Allison Vet Service has won us over. We may just use the Hampton Vet for our dogs sinus meds since she has a record with them and they are very close to our residence but for primary care, i will make the trip to Allison Iowa.

I have used this clinic for 9 years for several pets. They have been outstanding in caring for them even taking calls at night for advise. I don't know why some reviews are negative.

I feel bad even putting this review up here. All I can say is this is not near the same quality anymore. The lady that answers the phone seems rude most of the time and there is a lack of knowledge in this office. Renee seems to be the only one that is rather informed, very passionate about her job, and will become a great vet in the future when her on hands experience grows. I am only writing this review because out of the 6 people I asked about this vet. Not one of them had anything good to say. What should have been something very simple. Has turned into a much more serious issue. I've heard waverly and ackley are both good Vet Centers. FYI
