First and foremost, the food was crazy fast. I’ve waited in line at a fast food drive through longer than I waited for my entire meal at this restaurant. I ordered the Chimichanga meal and a small dish of Queso. For dessert, Fried Ice Cream.
The layout of the restaurant was unusual as you have to walk through this large area before reaching the dining room. Once in the dining room, the kitchen and restrooms are in the back (furthest from the entrance).
The Queso was very good, but lacked a spicy heat component. The chips are high quality and very crisp. The chimichangas were small, but tasty. That plate came with lettuce, sour cream, pico de gallo, guacamole, beans, and rice. Lastly, the fried ice cream seemed like it was actually fried. As I like it, the ice cream was hard packed/frozen though it was a small serving.
Overall the numbers are like this: taste of the food was an 8/10...not bad. The cleanliness was a 9/10 with the need of some small sweeping efforts. Finally, the cost of the food vs. the value was a little low at 8/10. Overall, thats a 25/30 = 83.33% = B.
I would return, but it would not be my very first choice. ~Michael
