What can I say we are very lucky to have a Casey’s here in Humboldt which gives us another decent pizza option. The Casey’s rewards program is a must have giving you money back on store items with every purchase. Plus you got to give a company credit that started in Iowa. Really I think their pizza is 3rd best in Humboldt and 1st best in bone-in Buffalo wings. I wish they’d have 91 here.

First I usually love eating at Casey's it has been my favorite place to eat at for a long time but today it was the worst experience ever. I ordered some food to be picked up around 12:30, I got there and asked the guy behind the counter if my food was done yet, he then told me to hold on a minute and that he would check. Instead of actually checking though he just handed me the food that was sitting in the warmer (which is gross because you don't actually know how long it was there) I dealt with it because they seemed a little busy but when i got home and actually checked my food it was gross and burnt and hard.

Stopped in for lunch and something to drink at lunchtime. Had a very wide variety of stuff in the warmers, food was fresh and very good. Staff members were friendly and efficient, looked like they were stocking shelves or something and everyone seemed to be working hard. Definitely going above and beyond your average Casey's store .

Who has only breakfast pizza with peppers and onions on it for the warmer on a Sunday evening at supper time with no warmer coming out and a hour wait on a pizza to order. Horrible customer service! Sandwich bar is not open to public why even have one bunch of incompetent people.

While the pizza is usually good here, I've had a few bad experiences with the no contact delivery. There has been more than one time where the food was late. At first it was just a few minutes, which turned into roughly half an hour, and once even over 1 or 2 hours late. This last time the pizza was messed up even though the receipt was right, and when called and asked for a redo, I was charged again for them to fix their mistake. And they asked for the original pizza back when 1. They never said they wanted it back over the phone and 2. During this pandemic I would expect no restaurant or eating place to ask for food they already delivered back, as I feel that would be a risk (especially since in order to know the pizza was wrong I had to open the box, exposing the food even if I didn't touch it) and while I have not been in contact with anyone I know of that is confirmed to have a case, if they were to ask this of someone else who did and weren't being cautious, then the box and pizza could be a risk. Also, if they just planned on throwing away the pizza, then that's just a waste, along with the fact they already charged me twice (which they should not have since they were fixing their mistake), they have no reason to ask for the messed up pizza back. Not ordering from this Casey's for a long time.

Local caseys is a nice place most of the workers are nice but sometimes the people making pizza are unfriendly... they have subs and pizza and doughnuts and a good coffee selection clean store recently renovated
