Josh was EXTREMELY helpful, runs like a small business, no hold times, good service and at a very reasonable rate. Josh has also made several service calls over the year out to our area in a VERY responsive manner.

So I'm in BestBuy and a DirectTV rep approaches me. I tell him he can't compete with my cable provider. He says, "Try me." I go through all the channels, Internet service, and phone that we get through Martelle. Then I drop the price on him. "Wow, nope, can't compete with that. Have a good day." This is a small co-op, but they have better service than I've experienced with the dish companies or cable companies in CR and other states. During office hours they'll often come straight to your house. During off-hours you have the leave a message but it must get forwarded to someone on-call because they'll usually get back with you within a half-hour. But that's really a non-issue because we've seldom needed support. Love this place!

After hours, leave a message and maybe someone contacts you, depending how busy he is. Sadly, the only other option is satellite. No whole home DVR available. I'm paying for channels that have zero programming. Others glich so often, it's unwatchable.
