This place is AWESOME! VERY friendly people and way faster than Coralville store! Brittney Bramer was super helpful and answered all my questions ( which I had ALOT)! HIGHLY recommend this location! Super easy to find right off of Hwy 30. Ill be using this location from now on!

Great customer service, and they do frequent giveaways for loyal customers! Tv's and giftcards! Said goodbye to Verizon, and never looked back!

I have called for questions and they tell me they will call back with the answer, and I never get a call back. Very poor quality of service. Not happy. If I didn't just pay to upgrade my phone (3 weeks later still haven't gotten) I would not do service with them anymore.

I will only deal with us cell direct store in Cedar Rapids now. I hope the owner will be able to find people who want a job not just a paycheck. I am great full he helped with what he could though. He is a good business owner. Just got some bad people. Update. 4/17 Store is still terrible. Friend of mine had to unfortunately go in this store last weekend after I warned him not to. They did the exact same thing to him. Went in for a new phone. Somehow shut his wife's phone off. 2 hours later they finally got it fixed. Save yourself time and headaches. Drive to a us cellular store in Cedar Rapids.

I love this store. The people here are top notch, and very helpful. At the larger stores (ie. Cedar Rapids), you have to sign in and wait for a representative, but not here. This is a small store, and they provide an excellent level of service.
