If you wish to gob to a P.O.s. facility; THIS _IS your place. The staff is generally _rude, non helpful, & unmotivated. Also, the SELF CHECK-OUT seems to be the goal here. I was _told that it is only until 8am, however I can SEE that's the main goal this store wishes to operate under. The employee seems happy about it as well. Its a shame that ppl are to I simple to see that their jobs will be eliminated. One cashier claims ti HAVE been there for 20 years. I would think that that'd would be the last thing she would want, a she seems to like here place of employment. I'm not a SELF serve/SELF checkout type of person. I can't believe the lady was snarky, because I DIDNT come to SELF anything. Society is BLIND....and that's why ROBOTS are taking all the jobs. We are too simple minded to be worried about it.

First of all I had to go look for a cart🤔🤔. Second of all I step on a broken glass top by the eggs an the employee working in eggs just look at me as if glad it wasn't me. So I kick the "glass top towards the eggs display. Third of all looked dirty no, bright lights could not see want I need to get. So with that being said I WILL NEVER SPEND ANYMORE $$ AT THAT KROGER ON 8 MILE.

I hadn't been to this one in a couple of years and I instantly remembered how antiquated it is compared to the new Marketplace Stores. Still, the store was well stocked and had the few items for which I was searching. Checkout was surprisingly quick considering the large number of customers. I was impressed by the high number of attended checkout lanes, especially in this post pandemic era.

Poor services in the Dept. customer service desk. No one is ever there and when they page someone, the person doesn't know how to stop doing whatever they are doing to service those waiting a long time. Not my favorite location no matter how close they are. Stated going in Livonia and will check out Greenfield location. Everyone Everything else is fine.

It was okay. Get disappointed when I see the guard & someone's clothing taking up the space of the handicapped carts. So I just used my walker today to make it through the entire store. Not much help from employees. Guess not many available as usual.

My experience at this particular location was excellent. The security guard greeted me with friendliness and a welcoming spirit. The store was clean and well kept. Felecia my cashier was exceptionally professional and courteous. Her and the guard definitely help set the correct tone for customer service!!! They both should be acknowledged and deserve a bonus or reward for being essential workers during this Delta COVID period. Thanks to the both of them I’m a loyal customer for this Kroger location.
