I went to Exxon on Kearny Ave to fill up on gas. An attendee came to fill the tank. I asked if I can use the restroom and he tells me it's inside the store. I go into the store to use restroom and store associate yells at me asking "what do you think you're doing?" I said I need to use the bathroom. He says "It's not working." I replied that someone else just went in there. He scoffs at me and stares at me. The guy leaves the bathroom and one of the store attendants friends is now waiting by bathroom. Store attendant says to his friend about me "Who the hell is that guy?" I go to the bathroom and leave. The store attendant angrily yells at me "You're welcome." I look at him and walk away. He then proceeds to bang really hard on the windows screaming epithets at me. I have never in my life experienced such a bigoted and offensive behaviors in a gas station. I recommend everyone to avoid this place and am filing a complaint with the BBB.

Cashier with the glasses is a disrespectful person. Gave me a hard time cashing a winning lottery ticket. He needs to learn to treat customers with respect! Exxon shouldn't hire people with nasty attitudes. I am reporting the incident to corporate first thing in the morning. Last time I visit this gas station!

Middle Eastern Cashier with glasses is very disrespectful and has an attitude. My boyfriend just needed to cash a lotto ticket and gave him a hard time. DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING THERE! Save your money and time. Bad Customer Service is Not Appreciated! All Bad Reviews are No Lies!

They are thieves . Their prices are .40 cents above all other gas stations if you pay cash and . 50 cents above if you pay with credit car. Definitely not worth it and the employees are so rude... I’ll drive half a mile more and go to wawa... definitely not ever coming back

Worst experience ever. I am Exxon customer with Exxon card, but sad to say I'm done with it. I went to gas station and while the attendant(Indian guy) filing a gas, I went to store to but some chips and wash my hands after cleaning front glass. Store manager(Middle Eastern) told me no restroom. I said I just want to clean my hands and he said do you understand English (which was funny to hear from immigrant to native speaker). Then he said I'll call police if you insist to use restroom. I'm requesting owner to fire him right away because brand name like Exxon deserve better customer service. For time being just avoid to go there if you can.
