I had the best experience when I entered today at T-mobile! If you are trying to receive the best customer service personally ask for Tiffany! She was so patient, very helpful, and such a sweet person overall! she will definitely reach you to your expectations and make you leave T-mobile completely satisfied!! Highly recommend this location just for Tiffany and Andrew! They are great people!

I went to this store because I needed help with getting a discount because my workplace offers one. And no one was willing to help me. I tried to do it myself, and it says error and these people won’t help either. I should switch my carrier to people who know how to keep customers satisfied

Sprint costumers are screwed t-mobile charges sim cards if you are a print costumer and read carefully your contract because u may not be able to own your phone because there's no leasing on t-mobile.

This has been the most pleasant sprint experience that i have ever had at a sprint store. Everyone was extremely help and knowledgeable and they want you to leave the store satisfied and it was extremely admirable. Myself being a person who prefers to just call due to bad prior experiences in the past. If you need something resolved i would strongly recommend this location to anyone and to deal with any of the following representatives. Rob, Disney, Patrick, and Efrain were all extremely pleasant and made my experience that much better and moving forward i will only be dealing with them and i would highly recommend any other sprint customer to come here for an enjoyable extremely pleasant experience. I’m not even the type of person to leave reviews but that’s how much of a great experience i had!

It was my first time coming into this store, and I had an amazing experience. Anthony provided excellent customer service and he was very helpful and professional. He went above and beyond by making sure that all of my questions were answered. He made me feel comfortable and did his best to understand my issue. He also went all out by giving me great deals on accessories. I recommended him to my friends and family. I will only visit this store from now on thanks to Anthony. He's truly the best!

Worst place to come n buy a phone n ask questions! manager refuses to attend me cause I asked a question n he said that takes time! He’s not a phone tech but yet your explain to the tech how to do her job! Worst customer service ever!
