7-Eleven
This is the worst 7-Eleven around. Customer service is non-existent. Employees see customers standing in line and they will ignore you even though they're looking at you until whenever they feel ready to get to the register. Prices and or deals never match from the price tag to the register and now this is the third time this has happened so I am warning everyone. As you can see the price is clearly stated but when it made it the register another price rang up and I was told prices change what can we do. If this is the case than what is the point of displaying prices and deals if the register will mark them at another price and you guys are not honoring your own prices. I will also be taking my complaint to the BBB because this doesn't seem ethical to me and from the complaints I see this is a common theme at 7-Eleven. ~Cindy

I called the branch because I was interested in opening a business secured credit card. The associate who answered said they cannot Process business credit cards at the branch. I said Ok do I need a business account to do it online and she said no she said you can complete it without an account. She completely gave me the wrong information. I completed it online and never received a response so I finally called after almost 2 weeks of waiting got a response for them to tell me I needed a business account and they were unable to complete it. Now I will no longer complete the credit card or open an account so because of the associates misinformation Wells Fargo lost business. I am very unhappy ~Karen

I had the best experience when I entered today at T-mobile! If you are trying to receive the best customer service personally ask for Tiffany! She was so patient, very helpful, and such a sweet person overall! she will definitely reach you to your expectations and make you leave T-mobile completely satisfied!! Highly recommend this location just for Tiffany and Andrew! They are great people! ~Melanie

This location is conveniently located next to Walmart so I like to stop in for a slushy or coffee. I love the pretzels as well. They are always fresh and hot. I was told about a frozen coffee with cinnamon so I tried it. It was absolutely horrible. Seems like the cinnamon had an after taste that didn’t sit well with me. I have tried a sandwich before as well that just wasn’t good. I took a star away for that reason. I will stick to the slushy, coffee and pretzels. ~Shareen

DONT USE THEM! They’re really rude their hours are limited only open until 10am which makes no sense and they have a number listed on GOOGLE for no reason because you call and the guy answers very rude doesn’t even say hello and says U haul only online we don’t do over the phone and hangs up! SO RUDE terrible customer service went with a different u haul rental which gave me a better deal then online anyways ~Kiera
