DONT USE THEM! They’re really rude their hours are limited only open until 10am which makes no sense and they have a number listed on GOOGLE for no reason because you call and the guy answers very rude doesn’t even say hello and says U haul only online we don’t do over the phone and hangs up! SO RUDE terrible customer service went with a different u haul rental which gave me a better deal then online anyways

Went to go fill up gas and tapped a slight pole. Guy said he would’ve guided me if he didn’t have the car in front. Charged me $1000 for the damage few days before my vacation! Had the police called on for a simple brush on the side panel! Truck had previous damage before my rental! Officer was very professional! Then smoothed it out with me after I was hit for the damage charge! Called U-Haul and now have to wait until next week to arrange something with them.

It was never mentioned that there was not a customer service rep at this location. I needed to call in order to pick up the truck but my phone died so I had to find a place to charge my phone then recall for the combination to the locker so I can get the key. On top of that, a mechanics car and tow were blocking my way so I couldn’t get out until I asked them to move the vehicles.

They charge $5 to park your personal vehicle. When I asked to speak to the manager, he told me if I don't like it then to go somewhere else. Hung up on me. I do not recommend!

HORRIBLE . I got a uhaul for 2 days and got charged over $300. Took the $100 “deposit” because apparently I didn’t fill up the tank which would have been $5. It was already almost full . And $190 for miles ??? I didn’t go that far at all. I kept it local. Do not go to this “uhaul dealer” , just go to an official uhaul and I promise you this would not happen. I’ve been to an official uhaul and never had these issues.

NEVER use this UHaul stop! I heard nightmare about people getting gas hear and servicing their cars but can't account for that. I signed up online and this was closest spot to me. I get there and no one cared to help me for 20 to 30min. It doesnt bother me that they spoke very little English, but nothing is worse than rude English! Even that isnt why I leave this review! I returned truck same day as I was done moving some new fridges and plywood for one of my buildings. They tried to charge me cleaning fees!! They tried to say there was damage to vehicle! ONLY after I called UHaul customer service did they let go of their false claims. I will NEVER use this stations Uhaul, gas, car repair... EVER!

If there is a negave star i would have given it. To begin with, when i arrived at the location to pick up the truck the guy working there looked me straight in the face and said, there is nothing i can do for you, just fill out the forms on line. When i try to do that, the site was having problems, i ask if he could help resolve the problem, he literally just gave me a 800 number to call while he sat behind the computer. When i finally got the registration done 45 minutes later, all he had to do was to hand me the key, he kept looking at my guy friend and telling him how to get out of the lot even after i told him that i was the driver. He refused to look at me and tell me where the truck was and just carried on talking to my friend. To make matters worse, when i returned the truck, a new employee was there and he refused to look into the possibility of me changing my reservation to unlimited mileage since i used over 60 miles. I end up paying over $200 for a 5-hour long rental. Never had i ever have such problems at any car/truck rental place ever!

I picked up the truck told them I already had insurance ( thanks to others posts I mentioned it upfront so I wasn’t charged), the tank was full, and mileage was counted correctly. All in all it got the job done and I didn’t have any fraudulent charges.
