Mike is always friendly and efficient. He always explains things and there if we have questions, especially this year and filing a 1098-T. Have gone to him for years, and plan on continuing for many more years!

They know there stuff when it comes taxes I've been with them for a few years and I've never had to pay in so they must know what's up . I think they are kinda pricey tho but that's my personal opinion feel free to form your owen and there all very nice people.

Very nice people, great customer service, Mike goes above and beyond to get his clients the highest refund he possibly can, legally. He explains every thing to his customer's, answers every question. Has a sense of humor and jokes around, professionally. Mike's a great guy, his receptionist is a great woman! Just a wonderful place to go and trust! I have had 1 other person do my taxes outside of H&R block and was not happy with my refund. I will never go anywhere else to get my taxes done!

These people took our money, we paid extra for the Theft Protection. IRS sent me a letter I was told by Judy the tax preparer at any IRS letter I would have received they would had helped. That was a lie! They refused to help when I received a letter from the irs they told me i was on my own. I was better off going to Jackson hewitt at least they helped me way more when i had problems with my taxes last year then what HR block doesn't do for me. Even after i paid extra for HR block to help me which was a total waist of money. again this place sucks I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here👎

Audra did my taxes this year(2017) and see was great. Super friendly. Talked me through every step. Saved me a butt ton of money. And even notified me the moment money was deposited to my account. And helped me track part of my refund e-filed the 5th of feb and had my state a week later and my federal took 15 days... definitely using her next year.
